Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Columbia Lexington

The hotel was very close to the soccer fields that we were playing a tournament at. The room itself was clean. The sheets were very soft and comfortable as were the towels. The Bed was very comfortable as were the pillows.

the carpet outside of the room and on the staircase were very dingy. They probably are beyond rescue and need to be changed. The breakfast was pretty sparce, but they did have breads.

The staff was very pleasant. Beds were comfy, breakfast was decent, could add a waffle maker possibly for more options.

Not the worst hotel, but with some brighter lights, updating and some extra cleanliness would definitely make it more appealing. Comforter had stains, (did get it replaced) and white residue on nightstand. Ceiling was chipping a tad bit.

At arrival the guy working acted as if i was interfering with his chill time. Room smelt Like something was rotting. Guy at the desk claimed its the carpets and said they are renovating and offered no room Change and just said I could get some air spray.

Bed was comfortable and breakfast was basic but a nice perk.

The first room they gave us was not what we reserved (king size bed). They did resolve it politely, but was extra to-do for us after being on the road all day. The entrance close to our room did not have working light and was very dark at night.

Located off highway so all rooms were quiet. Friendly staff. Fairly recent updated rooms.In-room Keurig coffee and refig. decent hot breakfast. Seasonal pool. Real nice, inexpensive, Tex.Mex lunch and dinner restaurant next door

No informal meeting place for large family or groups. Small (conference room available).

1st room needed thorough cleaning smelled like a wet cellar musty moldy after 1st night had a headache sore throat and moved to a new room. The 2nd room was better but still dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. Lesson learned don¿t get less than 4 star

The beds were very comfy. Carpets in the room were clean and in good condition. Coffee was good.

The room was very damp and humid. Stains in the ceiling and the microwave handle was broken. Faulty Fire Alarm went off in the night and caused evacuation. POOL Is Closed! Gross and Nasty and should be filled in and removed from amenity list.

The staff was amazing! Breakfast was good, rooms were clean, beds comfy, lots of choices when watching TV.

I was on vacay so a little bummed about the pool not being operational, but would stay again as the price was right for such a nice, clean establishment.

Hotel was dated and worn. Exercise room was tiny and a little dirty.

Area was great and free breakfast

No hot water and had to wait till noon before you could shower, never offer a discount for inconvenience.

The beds were extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was awesome!

The bathroom was in need of a deep clean. there was an almost black line surrounding the frame of the tub on the the floor from dirty mop water. Mold was all around the rim of the inside top of the sink. Also the room decor was very dark and outdated.

This hotel isn¿t up to Holiday In. express standards! It¿s tired. Needs a major refresh! Our room showed lots of where and was very outdated.

Off the road and sheltered from noise. Very quiet rooms at night. Very close to many restaurants and Walmart superstore .2 miles away.

Small eating area for breakfast with only 4 tables.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Wonderful location.

Hotel a little dated but still worth the stay.

The water pressure in the bathroom sink was a trickle. There were empty body wash etc in the tub. The Kleenex was empty. The bedspread had a big burn mark on it. The desk legs were ready to fall off.

The powdered eggs were not my favorite. Our initial room had an odor of Molded Wood.

Bugs in our room and not just 1 bug. Had to kill an actual cockroach in the bathroom disgusting.

Easy to get to, plenty of shopping and eateries around. Good breakfast.

Not the cleanest I have stayed in. Bathroom was dirty. Shower curtain torn loose on one end. Toilet seemed like it leaked. Safety grab bar loose. Very dangerous. Pile of dirt behind door. Overall not very clean.
