- The bed was soft but we bottomed out and was a very sore sleep.

- No. The only suggestion would be to pay attention to the cigarette butts spread everywhere near the main entrance.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Everything was outstanding. The staff was phenomenal, breakfast was good, pool was great and location was perfect.

Everything was very good ¿¿ customer service was great. And very clean.breakfast was good too.
Helpful staff
Parking is in a wooded, unlit lot.
quietest HVAC I have experienced in years Clean Excellant mattress Proper COVID protections without going overboard
It is not on my rgular commute
Staff were very friendly & informative. Pool was nice size & clean. We booked 3 rooms, two nights. Two were nice but the third had ants. We addressed it immediately with staff and were moved to another room. We are not happy first responders/military .
Only a single night 50% discount to only one of the three rooms. Disappointed due to the severity and inconvenience dealing with the bug infestation. We took pictures, not to mention our young girls being traumatized that they were sleeping with bugs.
Clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff is great.
I stayed for 4 nights,. Everyday I had to get a new room key. Parking as well is not the best, the elevator is too far from parking area. They only have one central elevator so you do more walking than expected. Hotel needs an update
Close proximity to Lake Murray and Applebees you could walk to.
It was 86 degrees and pool was closed.
Very frie, helpful staff member that checked me in. Good breakfast
Felt safe there. Staff was friendly
The manager and desk staff are very helpful.
location
Very clean and Staff very friendly.
VERY CLEAN ROOM
The service made up for the poor location.
The additional parking area needs better lighting, the part behind Applebee's.
