The bedroom was nice, psacious and clean.

Yes, I hated how close it was to the freeway. We could hardly sleep from the constant noise of cars and motorcycles. When I booked i didn't realize how close it was on the freeway. Also, breakfast was supposed to start at 7 am, but the cook didn't show up

Hallway freaked of spoiled trash. Car filthy in the rooms. Bedding soiled. Terrible breakfast. Rude customer service. Maid failure to clean room when asked. Unclean shower.

The window shade was destroyed. It couldn't be opened and the valance was torn off. The lamp shade was broken and there wasn't any soap in the shower.

Room smelled of nothing but mold seemed like a room a few doors down was flooded which might of been the cause but definitely was hard to breath ending up leaving early

I prefer the home 2 suites brand as it is usually very convenient for staying and cooking comfortably.

Each floor had a My room smelled like mildew & the hall smelled strongly of air freshener. & I had to be moved to another room. That hall smelled like pickles but the room was clean and had no strong smell but the heater didn?t work.

The room was clean for the most part - they did leave dirty tissues in the couch bed and the room smelled very musty

The location was the only thing that was nice about the hotel. It was close to dining and shopping. Also, it was very close to the interstate.

The first hotel room that we were in, the bathroom door wouldnt latch closed. We were moved to a second room and the bathroom shut, but barely. The room and the whole hotel had a peculiar odor. I didnt think the hotel or the room were that clean.

I like Home2Suites in general. It's look, most locations, and amenities

I asked for a wake up call and never got it. If I hadn't woken up early I would have missed a very important appointment. Also it's not really your hotels fault but somebody stole my do not disturb sign.

Location, price and room availability.

Nothing to drastic, but cleanliness can be more attend to.

The room was spacious hand smelled really clean. It was clean fro. The time I walked in until I got to my room. Parking lot was also clean with a designated area for dog to use restroom.

Everything was top of the line. The location and access to the hotel is what is least liked.

Easy accessible location and close surrounding area for food and shopping. Fast service even if any urgent needs.

Rooms seem to have inconsistent water pressure/temperature and overwhelming smell of bleach.

Hotel employee would not handle the loud noise and disruption from the room next to me.

We enjoyed our short stay and goin draw accommodations exceptional We were very impressed at the managers decorating for the holidays!

The staff was rude and when we walked in the room smelled horrible and one of the beds were broken. No compensation no I'm sorry nothing didnt offer a discount of a different room just said they would fix the bed smh.

A bit difficult to access off the highway. For a "suite," the room was somewhat oddly arranged.

They put us in room 138, which smells like cat poop. We tried to spray it down with the Lysol but that¿s didn¿t help with anything so they put us in room 141 which is better but still smelly a little bit.

The front desk staff was professional and provided a refund when the room was not up to satisfactory standards.

Needs a major renovation. Upon checking into our room, it was very clear that they had experienced some sort of flooding. Midway down the wall, the wall was completely soft and crumbling from water damage. The room smelled atrocious from mold/mildew.

The staff was very pleasant and professional. I loved my room especially the kitchen.

The carpet in the room could use a deep clean. My socks got dirty just from walking around in the room

Breakfast was just ok. Biscuits and sausage gravy (as well as individual sausage) would have been nice.

There was no hot water and the pressure was terrible. I had to shower at my daughters apartment the entire time I was in town.
