There were allot of baby roaches in the room . Let staff know about it still our rooms did not get changed

This Hotel if you want to call it that is a Roch Hotel with a strong smell of death or mold. The ice machine was so disgusting I went out and brought my own ice. You have been warned ??. This place is disgusting

The hotel was ran down. Hallways had a odor. The lamp shades in the room was stained with filth. The roaches took over our beds and we had to check out in the middle of the night at 2:30 in the morning of our first night. Still waiting for a refund.

The staff was nice. The room was clean but smelled like smoke

There were bugs in my rooi smelled cigarette smoke as soon as I opened the door and I have allergies.. I stay hear 2 to 3 times a year. Really haven¿t had any major issues.

Staff was friendly

Needed a good cleaning. Elevator would be nice.

The hotel and its halls smelled of smoke. There is no elevator. There was no breakfast: only coffee.

Close to Amtrak and food

Dirty smelly rooms and hallways, got switched to 3 rooms after complaining 212,216,217. Bugs and Cockroaches inside bathroom peeling walls. Slept without a blanket because A/C was acting funny.

It was less the 10 minute from where I was headed.

After telling the front desk work that someone on our floor was having a party nothing was done. It took for a fight to brake out before someone stopped the party. Also the housekeeping staff was rude.

I didn’t like anything about this property the staff was rude very unwelcoming the room was unclean and when we pull back the sheets they were bugs in the bed

I didn’t like the fact that the staff was rude and welcoming and very unfriendly I didn’t like the fact that the entire second floor smelled like marijuana, I didn’t like the fact that they were bugs in the room including in the bed

There was a lot I didn't like about the hoyel

I didn't get a refund when I paid off three nights but only started one night because of the storm I thought the power was going to go out in my home but it didn't, so I left the room before my time was up..

I didn't receive a refund for the days I didn't stay, and they said no smoking but it smelled like marijuana the whole time we were there...

The breakfast was scary, because they have people from off the streets coming in and fixing coffee and breakfast.

It could have been cleaner and have everything that was supposed to be there

Hotel is very old and needs lots of work repairs and updates

Front desk was great

The people who worked there were polite and as accommodating as they could be.

The knats and flies were annoying. The toilet almost overflowed.

The room was clean.

It smells ,no elevator, broken chair .

Location, convenience it was clean

When you enter the building, it automatically smells like weed. I also had to wait even though I knew I was checking in early. I did call in advance, but I had to wait at least 30 to 35 minutes for someone to come downstairs. I had to get the housekeeper to go get the Lady that was supposed to be in the lobby. She stated that the lady was upstairs in her room. She called her. I called. She didn’t answer the phone housekeeper had to go upstairs and get her also my room was clean upon arrival. We also found socks in the bathroom and the window was being closed. I guess and locked by a pole, but the top part was slightly open and could not close.
