The staff was amazing

The hotel was very clean overall but the linen and pillow did have some stains

95% of the staff was great. When we checked out the person working the desk said she could em provide us with a recipes for the rooms but furthermore couldn¿t provide a receipt for the incidental charges (snacks) on the credit card I provided.

Staff were courteous helpful and professional. The location was perfect. Indoor pool was amazing

The room smelled like smoke and it was a non-smoking room. Staff was notified

Rooms dirty, staff call about towels and never showed with them ask about four times, never received them, Had family staying there also, staff lock out my nephew out him telling him did not have a room there, The staff was really bad, I had five familys

They first put us in a dirty room before putting us in a clean one. They didn't have breakfast in the morning which was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. Then they charged my card twice for the room.

Absolutely trash of a hotel

Checkin was great! Room was nice.

Pool was cold and crowded. Breakfast was very disappointing. Little selection, out of most foods, no coffee- containers were empty.

The staff here is absolutely incredible! Everyone was so kind, but one staff member went above and beyond by running out to our car to return my brother’s phone after he left it in the lobby bathroom. On top of the amazing service, the hotel was very clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a pit stop.

The only minor downsides were the breakfast drinks and the turkey bacon. The juice tasted a bit watered down, and the turkey bacon wasn't the best quality.

The convenience, roomieness, and no one to bother us.

The pull out sofa was too small and uncomfortable, with my mom being in a wheelchair it worried me beinging on the 4th floor, I felt that we should have been on the 1st.The shower was too small, I was wrapped up in the curtain by the end of my shower.

The room was bigger than I expected and made the stay comfortable. There was a good selection of restaurants near by also.

The only thing that would have made it better was to be offered the option to choose my preferred floor. I personally like the lower levels when available.

Our issue was the cleanliness. The bathroom had a ring of grime around it, the shower door gasket was hanging off and dirty, the pool flooring was dirty and had floating particles and mold in places. By the time we left our socks were dark brown from walking around our room. I couldn’t relax
