Yes, I didn't like hotel employee knocking on my door at 0200 hrs, about a bag of garbage that SHOULD have been picked up by housekeeping.

The bed and shower was excellent!!

Everything. The employees behind the desk Rude! The rooms had nothing, no coffee pots, no utensils, no Ice machine even tho the elevator stated machine was on 2nd floor. Hallways smelled bad. Dark and dingy hallways. Need friendlier employees

HONESTLY, THIS WAS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD STAYING AT HOTEL. WOKE UP TO BED-BUG BITES ON BOTH ARMS BACK AND NECK. SHOWED THE MANAGER MY BUMPS AND SHE STATED THAT THERE WAS NOTHING FOUND IN THE ROOM AND THAT I HAD TO WAIT FOR ECO LABS TO TEST.

NO HOT WATER. They had me switch rooms. When I switched rooms, it was the same issue. When I spoke to the woman at the front desk, she told me, ?well I guess you?ll just have to go to a different hotel?

Nope, we liked everything during our stay!. Only really minor problem was no bedside lamp on right-hand side of bed, but that is definitely no biggie.

I like the fact that there was adequate space for my family.

We rented for two nights. The first night we were awakened at 3am by water pouring from the ceiling near the sprinkler system. It flooded the room and, on my wife's, iPad that was plugged in and sitting on the table. Worst night I ever spent in a hotel.

I really like this particular hotel & location! They just seemed to be having an off visit. Water pressure was very low. I have very thick hair! It was a long shower! Then we lost power one night. No storms. No accidents. No reasons given.

The staff was polite, helpful and friendly.

The toilet was filled with poop upon arrival. The shower had no water pressure and didn't get hot. We ended up leaving early because of this.

There wasn't any coffee or machine in the room. On check in we weren't told you had to ask for utensils for the room we read it from a paper on the desk in the room. What was posted on review wasn't the truth

unfortunately did not check in until 1am.... so i was female alone(unpland) in basement (with outside window opening to outside, &otherwise, would have requested another room... and learned next am that exterior door lock was broken.... so safety concern

in dire need of an update. room smelled of mold and mildew. saw 2 roaches in my room. outside entry on side door lock was broken; the building was not secure.

The staff was nice. The room was big.

So many roaches in the room. When I told staff about the roaches, they were not concerned. The room had a very funky odor that stayed on our clothes once we left. The tub in the room was very dirty. Our keys stopped working almost every time after one use

Rooms are filthy. Hotel is dated and dingy.

Front desk clerk was helpful in moving us from a roach infested room to a different room that only smelled bad.

There were roaches crawling on the table when we walked in the room. The clerk moved us to a different very stinky room. Then we were charged $270 for smoking in the room but none of us smoke and didn't smoke. Lights didn't work, shower barely got you wet

Poor security, outside door didn't lock. Unkempt man with cigarette in mouth, standing in hallway by unlocked entrance in back. No ice machine.

Location, location, location! This hotel is in a good location that is close to restaurants and stores. Great value for the price.

I wish the breakfast was better.
