Very dark, small outdated room. One mirror in the bathroom no other mirror

Quiet, clean spacious room and comfortable bed. Close to the airport.

Even tho I'm not a Starbucks coffee fan I was happy they had that and just not regular hotel coffee.

Loved the shower except the shower door was very loud and opened only from back of the shower,you had to get in and turn shower on from the back. Pillows were to flat woke up to a sore neck. The hubby loved the pillows but then again he likes them flat.

Hotel was clean. Balcony was nice.

They had no pool. I wanted an indoor pool or Jacuzzi. They got ride of the pool for a gym. The reason I booked the getaway was to relax in a pool, jacuzzi or even a tub. It had non of the above.

Beds were very comfortable. Room perfectly clean. Shower was amazing.

Very clean cozy. The bed was a tad "spongy" for my taste but that's just because I have a bad back.

Marketed as an airport hotel but really does not take travel needs into consideration. No restaurants or food nearby within walking distance open or still delivering. We did not have a car. Shuttle did start early enough for 6am flight.

Clean place and rooms were big enough for our family.

Indoor pool was closed and has been for awhile according to the front desk.

Nice, clean hotel in an excellent location near shops, restaurants and more.

The hallway carpets needed some love and we reported that our AC was not cooling properly upon our departure.

We chose this hotel for the indoor pool and bistro breakfast area. Bith were closed due to Covid. You falsely advertised the amenities and that mad us really mad. I promised our grandkids a place to swim. They were hugely disappointed.

It was clean, the water pressure was great, the TV was big, the staff helpful and courteous. The bed was comfortable. Checkout at noon was nice, instead of the usual 11am checkout.

The only thing I didn't like was the sofa bed. It was lumpy and needed more pillows to cover the gap between the mattress and the back of the sofa.

The staff were very nice, the cleanliness of the hotel was immaculateI'm.

Sorry to say that the mattress was hard as a rock. No room service available.The hallway was very humid.

Every nook & cranny of the room and lobby was CLEAN, CLEAN, immaculately CLEAN! Sheets are soft as silk, very tasteful decor, attention to detail. Totally pleased with this hotel!
