Very clean

Very uncomfortable beds and pillows, poor sound proofing, other guests very noisy till past midnight

They were working on the room next to us. We were just relaxing in bed and there was drilling, hammering and sawing in the next room. I noticed about30 or 40 2x4s near the elevator. They should have not rented to rooms out on that floor until finished.

Convenient location

My Friday night stay was awful the hotel night manager was having a party in a room next to mine and refused to keep down the noise she laughed ate and when I complained to management Monday morning they did nothing. The management has not consequences

Parking spaces are very narrow

Staff at the chicken desk was most courteous and helpful we were there for two days she knew us after her first time through and provided a little nuances for travelers in her. did not need assistance from other staff except at the breakfast and at break

The hotel is standard construction quality today That said I would stay away from rooms adjacent to across from the elevators we had rooms well down the hall and they were quiet with no problems the hotel was less than 50% full so anything in a congested

Large room and clean room with nice amenities. Loved the continental breakfast. The lady working in there kept the food coming and kept the cafeteria very clean.

Floor covering in the room was interesting. Not carpet but, something that looked a little like carpet. Will probably hold up well. I'm not overly confident that it can be adequately cleaned. All that I saw was a very dirty broom on the cleaning cart.

My bed seemed new yet it was obviously broken on one side where it sounded like broken boards when I moved. It is hard to knock the hotel because I did not officially complain because we just didn't want to move.

They lied & said on 4/4/2023 that we booked for 3days & I only booked for 1 & took screen shot of reservation but when we left,the card was charged for another day w/o permission & need a refund for the stay 4/3/2023 for extremely poor service & theft.

Breakfast was decent. Facility was clean.

Detail cleaning was definitely missed. Cheeseits we're found on day two under chair. Roach ran from under bathroom bag on day 1 which I made front desk aware of. Under vanity was dusty.

The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful.  hotel employee went out of her way to help us with some of our issues. Our coffee maker was broken and she immediately had a replacement for us. She greeted us every time we saw her with pleasant

The stove was broken so breakfast was very limited. Tracey tried to accommodate us all the best she could.

The clerk who checked us out was super nice.

The clerk who checked us in didn't seem too happy that we bothered her. The room was damp and smelled like cat urine. The floor and everything in the room was very sticky. We told the night clerk the room stunk, she said that wasn't possible.

The location was good for convenience, many stores and restaurants within one mile or less radius. The hotel is updated and modern.

Sketchy area, located beside ABC store. Sketchy guest hanging in lobby area and parking lot. Did not feel safe. Only stayed one night,was not comfortable staying out past dust or going back out at night.

The location and cleanliness exceeded my positive expectations. Customer service was also outstanding.

The beds were very noisy and uncomfortable. One small movement caused the bed to be loud and wake others up in the room.

the sheets were soft and the pillows were nice

The mattress had a very obvious downward sway to the middle- needs to be replaced. I also moved the arm chair closer to the nightstand and found pills, dead bugs and dirt under it and in the corner on the floor- gross.
