We had our toilet clog and called the front desk and I had to go get plunger instead of hotel maintenance coming to unclog the toilet.

Staff was accommodating to me as I had to get an early check in. I had called several days before saying that I needed an early check in. Housekeeping cleaned a room. I put my stuff in the room and left. I was on a tight schedule. The staff helpful.

I brought my cat and I had checked in on Thursday and then left and then on Thursday and Friday and I came in Friday. My room wasn?t clean so I called the front desk and they sent a lady to clean it. I had my cat loose in the room.

Rooms were exceptionally clean, staff was very friendly and it was in a great area to travel to many places.

Breakfast was okay but was not a fan of the choice of sausages lol

All the staff was helpful and friendly except one. I liked the indoor pool for my kids.

I didn't like that there was no hot tub. I expected with a pool there would be a hot tub.

When I initially called the hotel and asked what there shuttle hours were, I wasn't told they would Uber us for free if it's after shuttle hours. Since both our departure and arrival were after shuttle hours, I almost passed up this great hotel.

Cleanliness was horrible. I woke up at 1:30 am to a cockroach above my bed, on the ceiling. They gave me a different hotel room, 4 rooms away from the cockroach. Carpet stained, food on floor, from lord knows when.

Beds were hard as a rock, staff kinda friendly, breakfast was nasty tasting. Overall one of my worst hotel experiences ever!

The room was spacious and clean and the staff very nice.

The coffee was not ready when I came down at 4:45am before I had to leave for my flight, but he got it done in time for me to walk out with it.

The entire hotel smelled so bad of marijuana that it was nauseating to have to be in there. It was not at all up to the level of other Holiday Inn Express hotels. Very disappointing. Will not stay there again.

Its a typical Holiday Inn Express, beds were nice and everything was clean.

The construction/remodeling that happened before 7am, the front desk worker that lied about me being comped reward points for my horrible experience and a manager that was not so very helpful. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Very helpful! Our trip to & from the airport was outside their shuttle time so they arranged and paid for Uber both ways! Breakfast was good!

There are areas with poor to no lighting close to wooded areas. This provides cover for a potential attacker. Please correct this issue immediately.

Gave me a room that already had someone staying in the room! That was awkward & embarrassing!!

It was close to the airport and room was very nice.

When we arrived at the hotel, staff told us breakfast was until 10 am next morning, but the next day we missed breakfast because it only went until 9:30 am¿ apparently, we were told the weekend time not during the week time. So it was very disappointing

I liked the location and it does look like it has been updated in the last year or two.

The side doors close at 5:30pm and not even a key will let you in, well, when traveling with pets its easier to use the stairs/side doors and this was a big inconvenience.

Its overall quality. From the furnishings to cleanliness to services provided by the staff, this property was a great value all the way around. Located conveniently off I85 but far enough away to reduce road noise - it's our go-to place in Greenville.

Nothing at all. I like staying at a hotel where I have few issues to report on an after-visit survey. For this hotel, I gave it 10 of 10 stars and I had not a single issue to bring to the staff's attention. That is what quality looks like.
