Hair dryer didn't work. Fridge was messed up. No working ice machines on property. No help with maintenance. Did not merit the price at all.

Nothing. Room wasn’t clean. Mold on the bathroom wall and lamp shade. Floor was dirty. Large gape under door letting in bugs. Terrible breakfast. Kept my deposit! Room was nonsmoking but smelled like cigarettes smoke. Don’t stay here.

Very dirty, lots of black mold, smelled like an ashtray in my nonsmoking room. They kept my $25 deposit. Staff was rude. Breakfast was horrible. Very loud road traffic and could hear the noise from people in the parking lot all night long. Don’t stay here

Hotel cleanliness. ,not a smoker free area, not enough towel or bed sheet in rooms..

Everything in room, clean and working.

Got little sleep due to people fussing outside. Police came around 5am. Their breakfast selection is tiny and terrible. And the owner, or head manager, was banging the waffle iron and ranting loudly while we ate. And, she made error in my billing.

Got up to pee at 4am and roaches came out from under the toilet. Ran back into the room and there was one on the bed. The only thing the hotel offered was trash bags for our luggage or another room to shake our clothes out. Never Again!

1 small trashcan in this room. The smell of smoke, even though it was advertised as a non-smoking room. Very small bathroom, that had no exhaust fan.

There was towel left from previous person staff didn?t pick it up. No hot water, smells so bad from smoking.

Not sure sheets on bed were clean, seemed awful wrinkled for a fresh made bed ?? Heater unit was in bad shape, it worked great, but was askew off it's setting. Holes in walls behind door knobs

Roach infested ! Doors falling to bits. Every service sticky. Hairdryer didn?t work, no iron ..bedside lamps didn?t work.?.. bathtub drain backed up with baby roaches .? ? it was a nightmare

Poor upkeep of room. Leaky shower, broken light fixture.

Good price! Friendly Staff.

Outside was not quiet in night time.

Location

When I did the filter for hotels, I included an open pool. Nowhere on the website did it state that the pool was closed for the winter. Then upon check-in, I was unaware that I had to leave a deposit which also was not included on the website.

Non smoking room smelled very smoky and my clothes all smelled after I checked out. Shower had hardly any water pressure and tub had no drain plug. Dirty rag was left right inside the door.

The location was good but it is hard to enter from the east.

Our room stunk of sig smoke the service was sub-par and at all cost avoid the breakfasts it was a total joke.

this hotel was a dump. The heater fan sounded like a truck coming through my room. The mattress was old and lumpy.

The King suite was a very large room.

We checked in late at night, and the desk didn't have extra sheets for the sofa bed, which wasn't a sofa bed, it was more like a very small futon.

Room was not as advertised, dirty, the full breakfast that was offered was cereal and waffles and that was it. Bathroom was dirty not wash clothes and couldn¿t use the tub because the plug was broken. Not what was advertised

The location was very convenient.

There was no remote control for the TV and when I asked about it they said that they had run out of them. The fitness room was not open. There were what looked like blood stains and burn marks on the linens.

That the pool actually had water in it & you could swim.

Yeah. A couple of the staff there can be pretty mean & rude. I know it's very hard to find help, especially during this pandimic, but if those are the only kind of people you can find, let me tell u .... Your hurting your business!!!
