I showed up at 2am and the hotel didn't have my reservation

We really appreciated our experience with the hotel breakfast. The lady working the breakfast area was very nice and friendly, and the food was delicious. The omelets, biscuits and gravy, cinnamon rolls, and blueberry muffins were excellent.

The pool wasn’t quite as nice as we expected, but we still enjoyed it. The room was a little too narrow, and the AC didn’t feel like it cooled the room down quite enough.

Clean, modern, comfortable rooms. Attractive lobby and breakfast area with good hot breakfast and caring staff. Warm indoor pool.

The staff was helpful and kind.

The hallway where our room is was noisy inside the room. I attribute this to the gap between the floor and the bottom of the door.

We really appreciated a clean room, clean and quiet hallways, friendly staff, and the Breakfast!!! They had multiple staff members keeping the area stocked up and clean. A friendly, "good morning" was an added bonus. :D

The pool water was a bit cold for swimming. We only went in once.

Hotel employee at the desk went above and beyond to accomodate me as I came to town on an early flight, he even upgraded me to a suite. The room was amazing, the staff was terrific. I will be back when I fly in next time.

After I settled in I was looking forward to a nice swim but the pool was ice cold, no biggie though.

As usual the breakfast met my expectations. The staff in breakfast area are very friendly and helpful.

The shower was in need of repairs, honestly I feel third party reservations are given lower qualityoms need of repair repairs. The shower joints/molding was mold stained and the roof joints were cracking. Otherwise room was adequate for my needs.

Cleanliness, and location. Staff was excellent as well.

They did have a great continental breakfast as advertised, and the rooms were clean, and the indoor pool was perfect for my kids. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

Our first room and entire hall smelled like marijuana. The pool heater wasn't working the first day (the main reason we rented the room here at this hotel). The hotel was very run down - gross carpet, places that need painting, banged in elevator buttons

Called front desk when we got to the room to let them no the whole panel near bed were not working. She offered to move us but no more rooms. Then she said she would send someone to look at it. Never happened. Then she said she would comp out room.Didnt

The rooms were very clean and quiet. Employee's we're very sweet. Breakfast was delicious. Plenty of parking.

Good shower. Very good breakfast buffet with the best service staff I have ever encountered anywhere! These people were so friendly and accommodating - a very special experience!

The room had issues: HVAC unit did not regulate the set temperature very well. Room was either too warm or too cool during the night, which interrupted sleep. The floors were stained and appeared to be dirty. Toilet was not secure, slight leak.

The room was nice and spacious. Staff were very polite and professional
