Tru by Hilton Greenville Woodruff Road

The 'open concept' in the public space translates immediately to staff accessibility...and accountability (nowhere to hide).

Room was slightly narrow but this was ONLY a result of the fact that I was in town for a bike race and chose to store my bike in the room...usually there's a little more room between the 'face' of the furniture and the foot of the bed.

The hotel was like new and very clean. It provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay and the front desk staff was excellent. Breakfast was also very good.

I have nothing negative to say.

The staff were so friendly and helpful through our entire stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and we didn¿t have any issues with noise or safety. Fitness room was better than I expected at this level. Coffee always available, and breakfast was good.

The beds have only one sheet and thin/medium blanket. When we asked for more, only one extra was available (we had a two-bed room). In the end we were comfortable, but extra blankets are nice to have available.

Rooms were very clean, the breakfast was amazingly good, and the staff was awesome. I had a great stay and will stay there again.

The only thing I didn’t like was there was no microwave in the rooms. I had to come all the way downstairs just to warm up my food.

We got in late so the market offerings were appreciated so that we didn’t have to travel to find some dinner. Front desk folks were very kind!

Water pressure in the shower could be better, other than that, the bathroom was nice. Guest in the same floor were either drunk / fighting and going from one room to another. Did not let us sleep at all on our last night.

Staff made the experience 100% better! Very welcoming. Loved them for making our stay fee special. The room was clean! The TV was huge and my favorite movie was playing so that was a bonus! Will most def stay here again. 10000/10

This was our second stay at this Tru location. The staff is friendly, professional and helpful. I will definitely stay again the next time I'm in the area.

The price that I paid for the hotel was definitely not worth it first of all I had to ask for the hair conditioner twice within the state that I had then the beds were not made and I had requested for room service and that was not honored yet they mentioned it would be the towels I had requested were not brought up in a timely manner along with the telephone was not working so I only had the option to communicate via text therefore no technician came up to fix the phone given the fact that I had 2 little kids with me And lastly they said the manager would come up and talk To me but
