Hampton Inn Greenville/I-385 Haywood Mall

Couldn¿t check in to room. And when we finally could with staff manually opening door we found it occupied. Then when trying to get assigned a new room it was almost impossible. Wanted me to pay again

The night reception is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean in general but the the not so obvious parts like under the rim of the sink had spots of dark mold.

Breakfast. Poor quality of food ! :( I passed up on the comp breakfast after the 1st day. Washing machines in the laundry room, they were not in good condition.

Air conditioning was nice. Large bathrooms.

Found a dead bug upon entry.

Ants all over the kitchen. Toilets and sinks clogged.

The hotel staff was amazing! Knowledgeable.. friendly...well dressed and well mannered. The room ... Elevator.. hallways..and reception area were spotless. All social distancing was enforced. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Greenville.🙂

Absolutely nothing!

We were changing hotels due to another hotel having very uncomfortable beds- these beds were awesome! We were also there under very stressful circumstances and the hotel had availability for us to check in early to store our belongings. Very kind people.

The staff and breakfast were great. The staff was informative and super friendly. Loved the hotel itself and how it was decorated.

My room was so loud the entire night. I was right by the ice machine and along with a constant humming, there were various other vibrations. The floor was sticky. There was curly-type hair in one of my new towels.

Convenient and staff was friendly.

Room was kind of stinky and the carpet was pretty dirty with a lot of stains.

It was clean, good breakfast & staff was awesome.

Got this room to get some sleep. Then come 6am I discover they put me right by the laundry room. Door slamming every 10 minutes. Goodbye sleep. Let the staff know and there reply was yeah that rooms not so great.

I booked a room with two queen beds. When we got there they had us in a king. They put a rollaway in the room but it was very uncomfortable for my daughter..

The entire staff bent over backwards to make my stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. I appreciated their friendly faces and assistance so much.

The wireless connection seemed to go off a lot.

hotel was clean and provided a great breakfast

coming out of the hotel was a right turn only with a median blocking the left turn, resulting in way more u-turns than i would have preferred.

The staff was extremely friendly, accommodating & professional. Specifically 3 young men, a white male and at one @ breakfast. The rooms were clean & cozy. I felt safe, & welcomed.The food was yummy. LOVED IT!

There seemed to be a ring around the bathtub. Yeck.

Staff was amazing. Breakfast hot and delicious.
