Quality, cleanliness and room size.

The staff! At check-in, I forgot to ask for a high floor with a view until after we got to our room. They changed us to a high floor with a view without issue! The complementary breakfast and its staff were outstanding!

Nope! It was a 10! Free weekend parking was only 2 blocks away so we didn't even have to pay for that!

THE HIGHER THE FLOOR THE LOUDER THE HVAC IS - VERY LOUD ON 6TH FLOOR I REQUESTED A LOWER FLOOR AFTER 1 DAY AND THERE WAS NO ACCOMMODATION FROM THE FRONT DESK

Inviting decor, great outdoor lounge/fire pit area, and clean, comfortable room.

Odd shaped rooms. Walk into the kitchen with sitting area and bed beyond. Nothing they can do about that now.

Clean new hotel in great location 5 stars all around..even had free happy hour mon-wens and great hotel bar. This is by far the nicest hotel in downtown Greenville . You can not go wrong with this amazing hotel

Everything this was perfect

Location was nice. Liked the lobby and courtyard.

Bed was way too hard. No room service.

Room was spacious and very functional. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Gym facilities top notch.

Fragrant scent in the lobby was too strong.

Beautiful room! Very spacious, nicely decorated, comfortable and quiet. Great location in the middle of downtown Greenville, can easily walk to numerous shops, bars, and restaurants.

Bed was a little firmer than I'd like. Staff was not super friendly, but certainly not rude or unaccommodating.

Loved the hotel. Bustling foyer, clean and modern. The room w king bed and sofa was perfect. Ceiling to floor wall of windows with a view. Great bathroom and tea tree toiletries.this is my top choice hotel in Greenville.

Parking was a bit of an issue using the public lot.

Great downtown location. Nice ambience. Staff helpful. Very clean.

Toilet only intermittently flushed. Shower door not level and would not stay closed. Had to use room key to operate elevators a hassle.

Large rooms, beautiful lobby, free b fast and bikes!

This hotel is brand new and in a great location, and has some nice amenities.

The walls between rooms and floors were so thin that it woke me up in the night. I've stayed in older and less appealing hotels that are much better quality than this brand new place. Very disappointing, and I don't think I would stay here again.

Overall atmosphere and feel. Lots of common space comfort.

The smell of the room. Its pet friendly, so the carpets get cleaned often and it had a wet carpet smell. It was quite noticeable. Brewing coffee helped, but didnt last long.

Brand new, so everything is clean and modern. Very nice gym. Breakfast was much better than a typical breakfast...bacon, eggs, plenty of seating. Very active/lively vibe in the lobby.

Large fully equipped rooms with everything you could need for a short or long stay. Loved that the shampoo, conditioner and body wash were in pumps and not small plastic containers that create waste. Great breakfast. Beautiful comfy lobby. Wonderful stay!
