- Most of the breakfast containers were empty for an extended time, so I went off-site to get breakfast. My wife had to search three floors to find a working ice machine and the front desk could not assist her in finding ice.
- Didn?t realize there was a thermostat in the room until checkout. Froze during sleep. Maybe tell customers about thermostat?
