Residence Inn by Marriott Greenville-Spartanburg Airport

Large suite style rooms with full kitchen offered everything we needed for our stay. We were traveling with a dog and this was absolutely perfect. Front desk Agent was especially helpful and friendly! Thank you

Breakfast & outside area

The air conditioner stopped working & was not fixed. It caused all the food in the fridge to be warm & ruined. They would not let in the food delivery person & did not notify me until after they had left. Our vehicle was broken into in the parking lot.

The pool, and the kitchen in the room

I was put in room 125 and it had ripped curtains so the room did not give us any privacy. Then I was moved to room 216 better room but the view outside was bricks and construction on a highway. I did not like the breakfast

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Laundry facilities were unavailable due to renovation.

The staff were extremely accommodating and very pleasant. They did their best to make it a great experience.

The hotel was full so I did not get the room type I had requested, however the room was still suitable.

It was very conveniently situated, but very quiet. My suite was spacious and very clean. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They even helped me make some copies for a business meeting.

I had a couple of negatives, but the hotel did everything they could to make it right.

Great room, very clean and comfortable. The full kitchen and refrigerator were nice to have as well.

The staff was rude and demeaning, no one was able to help me connect to WiFi despite asking several times and several employees. There was also a few times while I was at work someone attempted to come into the room regardless of a ¿Do not disturb¿ magnet

The rooms are very accommodating, they have full kitchens, offer a room with a separate bedroom and even have a 2br/2ba option

The staff was genuinely awful, there is an older woman that has no business working with the public in the service industry. There is a manager that will take it upon himself to walk through your room if he believes nobody is there

Felt very safe there.

No new towels and such for days. I was told there were no housekeepers there for the whole weekend. Front desk was never at the front desk. I’ve never been to a hotel that didn’t have housekeepers available at least at some point during the day.

The price

Very disappointed. No maids for several days, trash in halls, front desk not very nice. Acted As if they were being bothered if you ask them for help. Won’t stay there again. I’m considering reporting this hotel to the Marriott chain.

Very clean

This was my second stay here. The first one was amazing. No maid service all 3 days. On my last night there, my toilet overflowed. They would not change my room. No offer to mop either. Disgusting .

Accommodations well organized, spacious and practical. Breakfast was much better than most. Friendly staff. Comfortable environment.

Approached our room to hear a LOUD barking dog next door. We immediately went down to ask for another location. Pet rooms need to be better separated for allergy concerns and allow ALL guests peace and quiet. Also, they really need better pillows.
