Hampton Inn Greenville I-385 - Woodruff Road

Friendly staff. The room was nice. Actually got our room cleaned on day 2. Since Covid that does not seem to be the norm at hotels but appreciated that . Breakfast was good

Traffic noise from Rte 385 Elevator needed work Eggs and sausage were not tasty

The staff was lovely and there was always complimentary coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the lobby.

Room 1: musty smell, moved due to roach in shower Room 2: ladybugs (@ least not roaches!), moved because of gas leak on 5th floor Room 3: fine, but less clean than the other rooms Staff was absolutely lovely though!

It was right around the corner from the venue.

Room was dated but everything worked and it was very clean.

I liked the rooms. They were nice.

The rooms were not cleaned and sanitized everyday. I checked out out between 9:00-10:00am. The check out hostess was extremely rude with no eye contact and had no idea of the deduction on my bill for the lack of power to the building.

Location

The manager claims guest that checked in after us said the room "smelled like weed". This is an interior room and not 1 quest complained abt "weed" smell, nor did housekeeping. Talked to manager  Shes rude, likes to tell and hung up!!

Staff and location

Bed was extremely firm. I woke up with a back ache / headache.

Very clean, good complimentary breakfast, wonderful staff!

The only I can complain about is the window unit in the room was pretty loud and woke me and my husband up a few times.

Comfortable bed and tastey breakfast

Check in was a little awkward as the two staff members were attending to something else during the process

The price

Noise level coming off the expressway was over the top loud. Maybe if you were in a room not facing the highway it would have been better but it was loud all night long. Tons of hair on the bathroom floor was completely gross.

The breakfast and how quiet it was in the room. No outside noise. Location for us was great,too.

Need to clean the tables during the day. Wipe them down.

We reserved one night, but they gave us the second night for the same discounted rate, and gave us an early check in and late checkout as requested.

The sliding glass doors in the bathroom didn¿t slide very well and there was trash under the pull out couch/bed.

No free breakfast because of COVID. Even though advertised

Location

Had to change rooms A/c not working...Moved A/c still not operating well...Only one elevator working and only 2 people allowed on at once had to take stairs from top floor as waited up to 17 mins to catch lift...Shower head was disgusting and Hotelsmelled

Room was clean, staff was friendly, pool area was comfortable. Lots of extra precautions due to Covid.

Very clean. Very friendly staff. Great shower!

Because we were guest of family we did not get to partake of your breakfasts but they sure did look nice.

Breakfast was great quality. Beds were comfy.

My wife didn't like the wire drawers for clothing.

Clean and large room. Very comfortable bed.

THE WHIRLPOOL TUB. BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE TOO.

BREAKFAST WAS AVERAGE.
