Location was great, breakfast had a lot of options, staff was helpful

Outstanding customer service from the staff. Hotel employee gave us a great dinner recommendation and always greeted us with a bright smile, welcome conversation. Valet attendants were top notch and location/walkability to the greenway, restaurants is a plus!

The current construction across the way is a bit noisy. We?re early risers so it didn?t affect our routine but sleeping in wouldn?t have been possible.

The hotel was clean, the view of the river was beautiful, and the hotel is close to some great restaurants. The front desk receptionist was very polite, professional and helpful. We will be visiting again.

Very clean. Always someone cleaning and straightening up. Super friendly staff taking care of the breakfast. Breakfast and coffee delish. Great location and easy parking. Parking garage just a few steps away. Quiet hotel but in the center of everything.

Problems with technology for check-in and check-out. Short on towels. Key required for elevator.

No one single thing stood out. It was an overall excellent hotel; staff, room, breakfast. Everything was top-notch !

Very loud air conditioner it was like sleeping in the back of a truck room 505

Weird air conditioning- hard to get a good temp regulated- didn¿t take humidity out?? We kept getting ¿incidental¿ charges on our credit card- didn¿t get a good explanation on what they were for. They were supposed to credit some back to us.

Breakfast was not what it was advertised as, there was ZERO coffee creamer for coffee, you would think spending $--- a night you would at least get some creamer with your coffee not just half n half¿ rooms Were nice but the tv was terrible¿

Proximity to everything downtown

I thought I had booked a room right on the river but it was more of a far away river view. The room itself was very nice though so that made it worth it

Staff makes the difference. They were all very professional and attentive.

It would be nice to have an indoor, open lounge to view the river.

I¿m so tired of hotels not offering room cleaning, clean towels, more coffee on a daily basis. I know it started with COVID but it bugs me that I have to ask for a clean towel, even when staying 5 days. Or the two packs of coffee is enough for two people.

Perfect location

The room nearly faced a brick wall and the TV set was at a 90 degree angle from the bed. Rather than the TV being somewhat across from the bed, it was on the wall to the left

The view was of a brick wall and the air conditioner didn’t work well. It was hot. Also the shower had no pressure and I didn’t feel clean after it.
