The employees were great to deal with, breakfast had a wide variety of food and fruit, along with great coffee, orange and apple juice!!

Leaving! Desk worker was very pleasant.

Toilet would not flush properly. Tub drain was slow. Toilet seat very loose ...almost slid off the stool. Water was only lukewarm. Never got hot. Lav faucet very loose and flopped around. Had to use toilet in the lobby.

Besides being charged for the room twice with no resolution after two attempts, the breakfast space was crowded and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Check in/out, cleanliness, and overall excellent staff.

It was quiet, off the beaten path and as such, there was no extraneous traffic to deal with. I had a serene feeling, a feeling of belonging and the staff was so helpful, so accommodating. The rigors of daily living just melted away.

At the risk of gushing and causing my review to be negated, I have to say that if all the hotels I've stayed in here in Greenville, it was the most pleasant overnight away from home I've had. Excellent work by all for each role. Thank you!

The room is in poor condition. ALmost the quality of a motel, not representative of the quality of Mariott

The staff was very accommodating and patient with me during my stay. They made sure any requests they were able to help with they did.

Bathrooms were tiny you couldn't get out of the shower and open the door without a lot of manauvoring.

Clean snd quiet. Courteous and efficient desk staff.

The Air Conditioning unit made a lot of noise. Had to turn it off to sleep.

The service is outstanding! Everyone there is so friendly and so attentive and they genuinely care about your stay. I only had one con and other than that we would definitely stay there again fabulous fabulous service. Great Hotel!

The only con we had was a gap beneath our front door so we put a towel there to cover up what sound we were worried about hearing. Although, we never heard anything.

Really clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was also amazing...friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was so pleasant. They remembered our names entering the building. They addressed our needs immediately. Our room was refreshing, clean, good smelling and inviting. We will look for this place when ever we need a place to relay. A great stay

It would have been nice to know that the property was being remodeled. No front desk and other than breakfast area no common areas were available. First floor under construction.

Would have liked more options to microwave for late supper.
