Days Inn by Wyndham Greenville

There was nothing to like. The hotel was filthy to begin with. As I stepped out of the elevator, it smelled like every room on that floor had been smoking marijuana. The room was dirty. The bathroom was nasty. We did not even stay there. We should not pay

When i was there, my boyfriend & i were in our room & the man that worked at the hotel decided to open our door for no reason without permission.

The room and location

Teh phones and communication

There were dead bugs under the beds behind the base boards and behind the nightstands and the floor was sticky with an unknown substance. Stained sheets and an unpleasant odor in the room.

The hotel did not provided the room with 2 beds that I had reserved. They had me sign paperwork for a room with 2 beds and gave me the key to a room with 1 bed. They did not tell me my reservation was unavailable and didn’t attempt to make it right.

Easy to get to from the highway

Room was just dirty and I don't usually see that at this hotel

Cheap and convenient

Older motel. Not well kept. Advertized coffee in rooms, did not. Coffee station in lobby was not stocked well.

Close to my location

Carpets were filthy. Shower was dirty. TV stations were not correct. Beds were to hard. Rooms smelled terrible. Had to buy fresheners for the smell. Grout was old and peeling. Toilet was loose and rocked when sitting.

Location

Many Roaches, The Sheets and Blanket were stains.

Stained, dirty bedding. Staff unresponsive and could care less. No phone in room. Smelled like cigarettes. Fights in the parking lot. Looked nothing like the pictures. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Everything is disgusting. No self-respecting human being would walk foot into one of these hotel rooms. I booked online. The photos were nothing like real life. It was dangerous, unhealthy, and should be closed down. We did not stay. Took the loss.

Close to where we wanted

We found a crack pipe in bathroom many rooms seemed to have women of the night

The heater was broke. Therefore the room was very cold. Staff did nothing about it, offered to refund my money but said I?d have to leave.

It's close to a lot of things to do in Greenville

The entrance is not in a great spot. Trying to pull in with all of the traffic right there is tough.

Room was infested with cockroaches! Dirty, smelly and utterly disgusting.

Check in staff was amazing super nice and fast they were the best part of the hotel.

The amount of roaches in our room from night one to when we decided to leave early on Saturday we kill a total of 25 in 2 days. Most came from Saturday morning.

first of all the people working there were not friendly at all. i did not feel welcome. the room had roaches in it when we got to the room. they gave us spray to use. I will not be back.

Location

Very poor cleanliness - a bug in bathroom, bug on the bed, bug on the desk- sink took 16 minutes and 11 seconds to drain - grease on stand of pole lamp - did not get clean towels or clean room until the 6th day - no coffee pot, alarm clock or hair dryer
