There was a used cotton swab in my bed. Toenail trimmings on the bed side table. Almonds and other food on the floor. The water in the shower made my skin and hair feel like I just got out a chlorine pool.

Location. Size of bath towels.

It didn't feel like a Hilton. Service was disappointing. Breakfast was chaotic, not stocked and messy. Very delayed response from staff. Valet lost my keys and I waited over an hour for my car. Would not recommend to others. Will not stay there again.

We ran out of toilet paper and requested twice and it was never brought. Even getting a hold of the front desk on the phone was impossible. We had to call room service.

I didn?t like that I was told one price before I checked in for security deposit and when I arrived it was different price! If I called your hotel to ask that should be the price and nothing different when I arrive

The location was the best it was so easy to get to restaurant on the river walk. Great parking and very helpful staff.

The replacement of coffee in the room

Great location near downtown/riverfront. We loved the two room suite to have a separate sleeping space for our young daughter. Breakfast was very good. Pool was warm when we were there.

Location and restaurant in hotel

No hot water in our room with no solution by hotel staff. We requested a room with hot water and in that transfer we lost the room with the view we paid a premium for. I understand these things happen, but staff was very slow to help and offer solutions.

The lobby was freezing, the food was horrible...I don't think I 've tasted a worse breakfast anywhere. Lastly, due to the weather, there was no hot water. They are supposedly going to be offering a credit.

It was a little hard to get from public parking garage to the lobby. Signage could have been better.

Good location, close to everything.

The tile floors were clean but had cleaning soap residue, carpet needs cleaning also. Best price food is $23 burger n fries.

Location was great. The breakfast was included. The room size was great. The balcony view was pretty. The bathroom was roomy and I loved the shower.

We got there at 4 and couldn't check in till 5. I wasn't happy about that. Walls were thin and bed was not very comfortable (hard). Breakfast was nothing near what I expected for this hotel. Very limited on food choice and taste.

Confused with what elevator to take after parking on level P2 since P2 elevator was out of service and I have a handicap placard. I took the stairs....slowly.

We had to evacuate for s hurricane. The hotel waived their no-pets policy. There were welcoming!

Location was perfect. Easy check-in; right where we wanted to be. Love the location and all the places in walking distance.

"Up on the Roof" restaurant, which is NOT run by Embassy Suites, had a great view but the staff all seemed grumpy. But there are plenty of other places nearby.
