Location

Hotel room was very dirty from the kitchen with food in the cupboard , hair in the refrigerator & floor not swept. The bathroom had pee stains on the floor. The bedroom had a dirty Q-Tip on the floor. Living area carpet felt wet and not clean.

i was very disappointed with the attentiveness of the night staff. i couldn¿t get the tv to work and she said well we¿re sold out there¿s no maintenance on site so you¿ll have to get it looked at tomorrow, until i explained to her very firmly that

No breakfast, dogs barking, no lounge chairs at pool, many shady characters staying at this hotel, no daily housekeeping

The size and setup of the room was great, the appearance of the room was great, the staff was great, great location, everything you could need was close by.

what wasn't great was the ROACHES, we seen 5 or 6 of them in the room, I told the girl at the front desk and she said "We have someone who comes out and sprays, so I told her it's time to call them, didn't like the large barking dog in the room next door.

Location

Very shady customers. Many drinking alcohol at 8 am and of course night time. Though posted as a non smoking hotel, pot smoking was very noticeable in the hallway. A toothbrush was a room charge as was the toothpaste. Pet fee was noted after registration

Everything was great, staff, roo and location. Will be going back again.

What I liked best was that they had DVDs to borrow for the kids and a kitchenette in the room.

Our room was not clean like the ratings stated. We were not given towels. There were dirty Ziploc bags left in the bathroom drawers. My seven-year-old daughter found a needle in the bathroom.

The closest to home you can get away from home, the only reason I don’t give it a 10 all the way across the board is because a perfect 10 in my opinion is unattainable. This is my favorite property in Greenville though and it’s due mainly to the staff

The only thing I can think of to put here is that a few updates to the rooms would be cool and by that I mean some added USB outlets, or just more accessories to charge your different gadgets. Beyond that I really can’t think of something

The front desk person was very nice and the refrigerator, stove, and microwave were all clean.

They don't appear to have very good cleaning staff. There was a can of shaving cream in the chair. My granddaughter and I got bit up - I think maybe bed bugs or some kind of bugs. Lots of chicken grease in trash can.

to accept pets - this is a very clean hotel. 24 hr coffee near shopping, restaurants, etc.

also near 24/7 whse the beep beep of the unloading truck load went ALL the time and they unloaded a lot! no maid service as they are extended stay now - no breakfast, but did hv a supper the night we were there. NOTHING to write home about!

Very friendly staff check-in, nice spacious clean room.

My son was hurt during a basketball game at a tournament nearby and they had crutches behind the desk. Not only did they let us borrow them, they sent them home with us.

Nice facility with large rooms but the room we were in was not very clean. Floors were sticky and did not appear to have been swept. Otherwise a very nice place.

The person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean/comfortable. The hotel is very close to the freeway that goes into Clemson. It is in a great shopping area. Plus not too far from downtown which is a must see.

The only things I would like to see are a towel bar for the hand towel and a magnifying makeup mirror.

Location

The floors were very thin, you. Luke hear every little thing going on in the room above, even just basic walking was very disturbing!. Didn't get much sleep. Staff refused to book me a room on top floor.

We only stayed in this hotel for one night and chose it because we were traveling with our three children, 4 yrs and younger. We were in a 2 room suite, which was plenty of space for us all. Full kitchen is convenient and rooms were clean.

We opened the couch and saw sheet on mattress with a stain and gum wrapper. Guy at the front desk apologized and gave us new sheets. He said we would get a discount but at checkout there was someone different and he said no discount bc we paid up front.

The hotel is very nice and conveniently located. I liked that it's very roomy and the staff was great.

It was very noisy from the neighbors and especially upstairs. The area where is located is very active but also extremely busy.

The double room had two queen sized beds rather than two doubles, which was nice. It also had a full sized fridge and dishwasher which is unusual -- not that we needed it. There were no germ laden bedspreads but had the washable duvet covers instead.

There was no breakfast, not even continental. They woke us up at 8:00 in the morning knocking on the door to ask when we would be checking out. We forgot to put the do not disturb, we basically said go away, but another knock came within a half hour!
