    Too much under renovation.

The breakfast bar was great (eggs, sausage, grits, cereal, apples, yogurt

    Air condition was loud

    Staff was very polite

Upon waking, I discovered that I had been bitten by bed bugs. The staff, upon seeing the bites, were understanding and promptly changed my room. However, the main manager was unhelpful attempted to claim that I had brought the bites with me Rm 279

    The conveniencet

It claimed to provide breakfast. I was there about 8:30. They had very little offerings. Ran out of apple juice. The person in charge was cleaning up, as if they were closing. They were suppose to be open until 10:00. They had 1 banana.rotten

The gentleman who was there upon check-in was very nice and helpful.

It smelled terrible! Definitely not a non-smoking room as requested.I noticed two bugs! The ceiling look like it had water stains. Thankfully, we were only there for a few hours before we had to catch our flight out. I will never, ever stay there again.

    Friendly front desk.

Furniture is old, some broken, Bathroom was average with problems of cold hot mixing in the shower, it can be fine and then suddenly a burning hot water comes up.

    1Verified guestPosted on: 5-24-2024

There was long brown hair all over the shower. The room had a disgusting smell and the couch looked like it was literally from the 70?s

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-20-2024

The staff are all very friendly and attentive to our needs. The breakfast is excellent with a full course of choices for a nutritious meal.

The water in the shower alternated hot/cold while in use likely due to other rooms turning water on/off.

Love that my fur baby was allowed, they also have a dog park. We had a pretty quiet stay, wished beds was a little softer but not a deal breaker. Breakfast was good, front desk is nice also. Room smelled so nice and clean when we arrived

    The bed.

The cleanliness, the staff ( anyone or everyone I dealt with ), including the housekeeper and the breakfast staff, were great and I loved my cozy clean room. Better here than MOST ANYWHERE!! And I stay in hotels pretty often so I can say this. Thanks guys!

Not really! I will Definitely stay at Best Western again!! They very possibly even out did their rating on line.

    4MeridithPosted on: 12-3-2023

The bed had a slope in it, like sleeping on a hill. Someone knocked on my door incessantly the last hour b4 checkout. The charge 100 dollars deposit for the privilege of staying in their dump. It's noisy from traffic.

I travel to Greenville often and have stayed at other hotels in higher priced range within 5 miles radius the outside looks it¿s age the room is dated but still clean my only problem is there was no tv channel guide otherwise it was like the other review

No tv channel guide and would be nice to have more outlets by the bed everything was cleaned and worked

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 11-28-2023

The staff was exceptional. Very pleasant.

The pull out sofa was falling apart and unusable even for sitting. I did not complain since we were there for a short time.

    2Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 11-21-2023

The hotel had liocal people living there short term. Lots of commotion at night with people coming and going. TVs on blaring at night. People sitting outside along the walkway with their belongings. Hotel didn¿t appear to have anything to do w airport.

    10KailaPosted on: 11-8-2023

The staff was polite and very accommodating. Helped me to find a charger for my phone even. They literally went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Breakfast was on point! Waffles, eggs, sausage, banana, orange, biscuits, gravy, or, apple jui
