Courtyard by Marriott Greenville Downtown

Location, friendly staff, and parking!

It was convenient to everything.

I paid for a room with a microwave oven and fridge and it only had a fridge.

It was a good location.

The hotel was without power for 6 of the hours I was there. I ask for a refund at 8:30 asked again at 11. Talked to the manager that morning she assured me she would fix it. Never heard from her or the general manager. This is the worst customer service!

Great location!

Just minor areas were not clean...sticky cup ring by the bed and carpet has some crumbs. Bathroom ceiling was yellow and peeling in some areas.

I did not like that there was no room service or pool. But most of all I did not like that the housekeeper stole my dress out the drawer.

Located in the center of Main St. Easy walk to venues and restaurants in both directions.

Left early due to loud music either on the floor below me or room close to me at 2am. Couldn?t even finish my trip out. Decided just to leave.

This hotel is in a perfect location. Walking to restaurants downtown is easy and its right across from the Peace Center.

I was put on the second floor and the room was right next to the electrical room and a storage room of some sort. Also I was right across from the gym. This room made me had a heavily industrial perfume/air freshener smell. I should have moved rooms.

We were downgraded from the king room we reserved to a queen room, although we made the reservation months in advance. Staff gave parking and breakfast vouchers to compensate.

The parking is very convenient. As an out-of-town traveler I felt safe going to and from the parking garage at any time. The room was sparkling clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The location on the center strip in downtown Greenville

There are really no rooms with road frontage on main st. All the views are rooftops behind and side of the building.

No housecleaning service, staff weren't thoroughly trained.

Great location -- we never even thought about driving. Staff was courteous and efficient. Fastest hotel check-in ever!

Trivial: the clock in the room was about 10 minutes slow and not designed to be adjusted by the guest

The key card system worked perfectly. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. We were fortunate to park on the first level of the parking garage. The entrance from the parking deck had a nice glass sliding door straight into the lobby. Hands free.

I stayed two nights. The second morning, the coffee/breakfast bar was open and I had no complaints, but the first day it was closed. There were some free packaged muffins, but I had to drink coffee from a vending machine.

This hotel exceeded all of our expectations in every way! The staff, the location, the restaurant! It was delightful!

The Courtyard Marriott in Greenville was a lovely place to stay.

Disappointed in not having a continental breakfast. For the cost of the room, the breakfast should have been included.

The room was clean,.and the outside setting was nice..the staff was very friendly...

low price for a weekend due to Coronavirus. Folks up front were very helpful. Great location

TV was unresponsive at times and the line of site angle from the bed was bad

This was by far the cleanest hotel I’ve ever been in. It look like it was brand new

The room was quite a bit smaller than what I am accustomed to. TV Was in an awkward place and you couldn’t see the whole screen.

Location and I like the set up of hotel really enjoyed my stay it was for my wife birthday
