The concierge did not recommend another room to us when we reported that our heat wasn’t working

I liked that it had a stand alone shower- no tub, and it had a flat-top stove top.

I didn't like that the room was not properly clean: dishes left outside my hotel room from the last renter, crumbs left on counter-top, bedding not properly cleaned, crumbs on floor, and the room didn't smell good.

Location

Had to change to another room due to broken glass on floor and broken cabinet door. Also mold in shower and sticky flooring. Food during the evening was very minimal.

The hotel is always clean the maids don't bother to much in da morning arnd ck out time and that they have AB Great channel seletion from cable ..The breakfast is Good and was Free👍.. Nice place

Excellent value !! Large , spacious room with nice kitchen. Everything updated with above average furnishings, fixtures and materials.. Even had more cable channels than other hotels I've been in. Awesome free breakfast as well.

The location is outstanding and great for our trip.

Upon entering the bathroom, we found razors and other bath items left by the previous guest. We had to clean to bath shower area where these items were as it led us to believe that this was skipped during cleaning. The beds were too firm for liking.

Big bed, friendly staff, inviting atmosphere. Has a shop with snacks and drinks if you don't want to leave the hotel. Free wifi

the Shower door was off the tracks. I did not discover this until taking a shower. The door could have injured me when I attempted to close it in taking a shower. When I left the hotel, there was no one at the desk for me to report this situation.

Everything. This was the best hotel stay my husband and I have ever had. The room was big and gorgeous. The bathroom was clean and the shower was huge! Breakfast was amazing and the people that work there are so helpful. We didn't want to leave!

I told the desk clerk that I was bringing my husband there because he was a little down after having lost his job of 10 years. And When i returned later with my husband we found a card, cookies and two mini bottles of wine from the hotel staff!

The hall way leading to our room had some type of powder spilled on it and it was still there the next morning.

Very clean and spacious rooms! Right off the interstate so it was easy to get to.

The lobby and the dining area was clean. I did not get a chance to experience the rest of it.

I arrived at 6 p.m. I was told that the room was not ready. The Concierge told me to wait at least 30 minutes. After 1 hour I was called up to the front desk and told, we don't have rooms ready and you'll have to go somewhere else. I did.
