Clean, friendly staff, updated accommodations, great location!

The staff was very rude except the receptionist were extremely pleasant. The maintenance guy was very presumptuous and lurked around my room at strange times as well as the maids were gossiping loudly and not friendly or helpful at all

Excellent front desk staff -- friendly, courteous & helpful. In particular, at front desk saved the day when I was needing a lint brush for my suit. He suggested & loaned to me a roll of packaging tape that worked like a champ.

Enjoyed the two room suite and breakfast.

Our room smelled like urine was in the carpet when you first entered the room. This is the reason for the rating on the room and cleanliness.

Location was terrific! Plenty of restaurants and Whole Foods nearby. The hotel staff was very accommodating and offered a social one night with free pizza, beer and soft drinks. The room was incredibly spacious and had a nice kitchenette. No complaints.

This was our first stay at a Staybridge Suites. It was a beautiful hotel. We received an upgraded room and it was remarkably well designed and comfortable.

Superbly well maintained and the location was incredible...right at the heart of everything without having to deal with all the noise. Respected by international travelers and amazing breakfast selections. TWO THUMBS UP!!!

Extremely over priced for the quality of hotel.. front desk attendant was fine.. but they knocked on the door all morning as if they wanted to kick us out early and was very rude.

The hotel and the rooms were very nice, clean and large. My teenage daughter broke her ankle, so we needed a handicap accessible room. The room and bathroom were very sizeable enough to accommoddate a wheelchair with no problem. Enjoyed our stay!!!

The only thing that could have been a better would have been if more non-pork items were served for breakfast like turkey sausage and turkey bacon.

There were multiple hairs in the shower and sink and on the bathroom walls. The hair dryer did not work.

staff rvery helpful, nice location, the bedroom was small and not real good place to put the suitcases. the bedroom had two lamps but at night it was kind of dark in there.The living area was spacious. I would stay there again, would recommend

It was a nice surprise to get a large suite, great location. The front desk staff was very nice.
