AC Hotel Greenville

Very modern, clean, well-lit. Room was large and had two reading lights by the bed. TV easy to use, with channel guide, unlike many hotels that cheap out on this.

Being downtown parking is extra. There's a public garage about a block away for much less than the hotel charges. Mini frig is too small to put any leftovers in, just big enough for a water bottle really. Microwaves should be in every hotel room!

I honestly had a really bad experience dealing with front desk I can't say anything positive.

We have cockroaches in our room and when I told the front desk over the phone we had to leave at 1am. They didn't acknowledge we had a poor experience and just said okay I will make sure you are checked out.

Roof bar makes noise if you are staying on 7th floor. Chairs scratching floor sound.

Location and staff. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. We had a wedding Friday evening so we had to check in late. They were very understanding of our situation. Definitely recommend!

Perfect location

No exhaust fans in any rooms, ridiculous given age of the building. Desk staff lack training and given this is the most expensive hotel in downtown Greenville it¿s all shiney trinket¿s and little substance!!

There was hair EVERYWHERE. It was on the bed, on the floor, and even in the shower. I shared that with the lady at the front desk.

Great location right downtown. Good tapas restaurant right in the hotel. Easy street parking. Would stay again!

The mattress was the most uncomfortable bed I¿ve ever slept in. I woke up with my back aching both nights we stayed (I¿m 36, and I¿ve never had this experience). I really liked the hotel, but I couldn¿t stay there again because the bed was like a brick.

I appreciate the helpful staff, the cleanliness of the room and the variety of fitness equipment.

I wish I would have known the roof top was closed on the days were were there. This feature was a big draw/reason for choosing this hotel.

Parking garage experience was terrible. Spaces were tiiny. Room had lots of street noise all night.

It seems they are trying to cater to a younger clientele i.e. minimalism to a fault. Having only two small drawers in a room isn't very conducive to an extended stay. A small thing but big to women, difficult to shave legs.
