- could have been cleaner - the bedspread was spotted.
- Room had not been used in quite a while & was musty.Room should have been prepared for guest's (temp.) comfort; HVAC was off, so room was really cold. Left to come back to a stiflingly hot room, as the temp. gauge was not working.Staff not avail. at desk.
- The elevator was not working and carrying my bags up stairs with no railing was unsafe.
