Lack of Cleanliness, shower was clogged, sink was running, smelled bad

Sink was stopped up, poor quality breakfast, no fan in the restroom

The room was recently renovated so it was very nice. In addition the room was extremely clean.

The only negative thing I have to say about this hotel is that the inside portion between the desk and rooms was very run down. It does seem like they will remodel that soon since they are currently working on the rooms.

Location

It was dirty and the front desk staff was very uninviting. He was on his phone and didn't engage with me as soon as I walked in.

RUN!! DON'T STAY HERE unless you like shabby hotels. dirty lines, smell of cigarette smoke and dirty rooms and bathrooms

Hotel didn?t call to inform us they didn?t have power for the previous 20 hours -refused refunds and we had no choice but to stay so we got power that Saturday and no ac our home trio. Pubes we?re in my Shower. Food was left in microwave.

Hotel employee from the front desk was very helpful. Hotel was dated; however, the bed and the pillows were superb.

Hotel corridors needed cleaning.

The cleaning staff is busy and dilligent. Overall humble and friendly faculty. A nearby hotel totally grossed me out so I stick with QI.

Everyone has certain preferences. I just don't like the bottled up traffic in the location.

the shower had good pressure

the hallway carpet is nasty when i walked down the hallway all i could smell was marijuana from the get-go the room stunk like someone took a mildewed towel and then took a hot iron to it the shower head was green and nasty

Breakfast was great have hot food and being in a buffet kinda setting and lots of options. The location close to the park and a quick trip for if you need anything

The floors in the rooms weren't the cleanest

The location of the hotel is convenient for the area. We were able to visit our family cemetery, places I used to live, restaurants that I haven't been to yet. The bed was pretty comfortable, breakfast was good and they had security cameras!

This was the second time we stayed at the hotel. The first room was fine. The second time we stayed here the room had a slight water smell. I was wondering were it came from and at the a/c area the wall was deteterating, a plastic bag on the cord.

The toilet was leaking and it kept the floor wet.

Hotel employee at the front desk was awesome. could of did a little bit more to make sure the customers was satisfied but hey you can't make everyone happy.

There are a few homeless and funny characters around at night but nothing to really be alarmed in my opinion. Non of the doors around the entire hotel locked at night. The hotel room doors don't shut unless you put some force to it. Blood on the bed sheet

Employees were very nice

I stayed 3 nights and had to request my room be cleaned. I got fresh towels but instead of stripping the beds they simply made them with the dirty sheets. I recognized the (food) stain on the sheet

Price was good. Guy at front desk is cool.

Every morning starting around 8:00am housekeepers begin yelling and talking with no regard for sleeping guests. I asked them to stop but they just continue. They weren¿t even talking about work but just socializing

Not really. The bathroom was a little dirty and one of the beds was broken but it was a really nice room all together. The bathroom floor definitely needed a deep clean though.

Breakfast

Room was insanely dirty, the fire alarm was broken off the ceiling and the rug had stains. Toilet hadn¿t been cleaned and there was dirty linen under the bathroom sink.

I loved it , I just hope that the next guests are just as clean and courteous as this hotel is

The staff is amazing and are great people. Clean hotel with excellent security.
