Comfort Inn & Suites Florence Center Area

Very pleasant stay. Room and bath very clean, but heating system a little hard to operate...does on use the thermostat on the wall or the controls below the window. If the latter, no lights on to indicate a setting that is selected.

Breakfast was fair. Expected to find some fruit....bananas, apples...but none available. Scrambled eggs were gone by 9:30 AM. If dining is to 10 AM, then items such as scrambled eggs should be available until then.

stuff. was great. Check in with Lamar(?) was pleasant and efficient. Room was spacious,clean, and comfortable

Breakfast was not very good. It didn't match the quality of the room and staff.

The room with king size bed was excellent . Upon entering the hotel I was greeted by an exceptional young man who was on point about our reservations. It is close to many different kinds of restaurants. Parking lot was well lit and felt very safe. Great place, we will stay here again.

Had an issue with the toilet. Was clogged when we tried to use it. Staff brought a plunger and appeared to unclog it, but two flushes later was clogged again.. Not sure, but the clog may have been in the sewer line, not the toilet. Not the end of the world, but an inconvenience..

Great location and reasonable price. Staff was very friendly.

AC was very noisy. Bathroom wall had something splattered on it. Other than that, room was clean.
