I like that it was in walking distance to food

My tv didn?t work and it was scary because the police was all over the hotel busting rooms and it was roaches in the room

The cleanliness and the comforting room and bed. The front desk is very polite.

I enjoyed everything!!

Staff very friendly. American people and willing to help. Not the best breakfast compared to other Quality Inns, but it was ok. Our stay was pleasant and if in the area will stay again.

I have stayed in this hotel before and could immediately see the improvements in appearance. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Although this is an improvement, the breakfast could be better.

Beds were comfy. The only hotel close to where we were going.

I needed to drop my stuff off in the room an hour early and was charged $25 after paying $100 to be leaving by 8am anyways. The guy made me pay in cash and put the money in his pocket. Even my kids noticed…Floors are never mopped. Hair is always in the bathroom either on the toilet, in the shower, or on the sink. I’ve always found a couple hairs each stay.

Very friendly staff. Made sure any issues were addressed immediately.

Get rid of roaches. My stay is usually ok here. But cut my stay short because of roaches.

The tv in the first room did not work and the 2nd room was very nice. I had to request another room. If they had suggested another room I would have given them a higher rating.

Decent room for decent price

They charged me a separate charge after check out , did not inform me, unable to contact management for 5 days, had to dispute through my bank. Also not fully clean there was hairs in the toilet and shower when we arrived

Breakfast selection was good, fruit, waffles, toast, bagels, yogurt and cereal options. In addition to coffee, tea and juice. The staff is always a pleasure to interact with. My remote was acting funny and I called the front desk they were there a few seconds after I hung up the phone to fix the issue!

Very clean, nothing falling off the bathroom walls, AC worked well for 95 degree day.

TV didn't work, hotel old and had a bad smell. Sheets stinky, carpet and furniture old, strached.

Good location and nice exterior. It has the potential to be great but needs to be updated.

Mediocre hotel. Priced like a modern and quality facility but felt like a motel as far as service and accommodation and amenities. Bathrooms and flooring should be updated. Carpet on stairs in very poor condition.

Didn't eat

The cleansing of the room . The sheets,walls,curtains or floors wasn't clean . The bathroom ceiling had mildew. The phone in the room didn't work.

We were booked to stay since Sept 2024 for the Masters Golf Tournament in AugustaGA. The night before our arrivali call

TV kept going in and out. Poor picture. Breakfast did not have any meat or eggs. Worst breakfast at a hotel i ever stayed at.

I didn't get to stay. We booked a room, drive about 45 mins to stay and then was informed that the hotel was full

Musty smelling. Homeless people sleeping in lobby on couches.

Terrible breakfast. No coffee, brown OJ, keys stopped working after a couple of uses
