I liked the location.
I did not like the damaged rooms. And adding of fees to my check out.

The price was great. The location was perfect for my work. The room was big. Everyone on the staff I interacted with was kind.
When I arrived, it seemed severely understaffed. I waited a while in line to check in, and when I made it to the front of the line, I learned that my room wasn’t ready even though it was 7:00pm. It was then suggested I wait in the bar/restaurant for my room to be ready, but I couldn’t find a single person working at the bar/restaurant. When I tried to call the front desk from my room, the phone was broken. So, just didn’t seem like things were operating that well.

Room was spacious
Filthy. The hallways were littered with garbage, sheets were dirty, floors were sticky

Good location, overall clean
Room wasn’t 100% clean. Coffee stains on counter. Half empty dish soap, with parts of it on the counter.

The location was awesome for what we were there for.
The chair's and air-conditioning unit had mildew. Also while we we're waiting for the elevator the staff was talking really bad about the people staying in the hote mainly black people. We couldn't help hearing them while they were cleaning up a room they were so loud.

Location great facilities good
Was charged for daily parking $13. Never been charged for car at other places

The location is safe and close to campus. There is a nice gym. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Checking in via phone is convenient.
The room is not perfectly clean. The floor feels a little sticky. A little noise in the night.

Good location
Tremendously understaffed for SC honors choir weekend……rooms not ready at 3 - I was given a room key for a room with someone in it, then took another hour of getting a room, room smelled like cologne had been dropped on floor, bathrooms near ballroom smelled of urine with wet floors and at time none of the stalls had toilet tissue

comfortable bed, good A/C, clean, good location, good parking
The fire alarm went off at 4am and the staff were incredibly unhelpful and not at all sympathetic. I spoke to one guest who was staying there for a month and he said the fire alarm had gone off in the middle of the night FOUR times during his stay. To me this is unforgivable. A hotel has ONE job and that is to provide a place for guests to SLEEP. There is no way to justify allowing this issue to go unremedied.

location was great for our purpose
we weren’t given the right room. booked a king room and received 2 doubles. it wasn’t a big deal. we checked in and visited friends. came back to a hot room. air would not work, although it was running. it was late and just me and my young daughter. did not want to have to deal with changing rooms so late. tried calling front desk multiple times to get someone to check the air or try to fix it. continued to be “busy” and no answer for an extended period of time. I finally gave up when my child fell asleep. glad it was only 1 night.
