Very clean and quiet. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Stayed 3 days/2 nights in a 2 bedroom queen suite to attend events at Fort Jackson. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice rooms, the front desk staff was so wonderful I am on a walker and they gave us a room on the first floor near the entrance. It is the best hotel experience we have ever had. The whole place was so inviting and clean as can be, love love love this place

The location was great. The parking lot was well lit, great for walking a dog in the evening.
The towels were extremely thin (definitely not Marriott standard that I'm used to) & I had to pick through most of them to find one without hair on it. My bathroom sink didn't drain very well and the exhaust fan didn't work. My couch had a few stains on it so I couldn't use it. The extra bedding didn't appear to be clean. The elevator floors needed to be mopped. The dog poop disposal container was never emptied during my 3 night stay so it was a whole mess in that area. I alerted the front desk and we're told that maintenance handled that during the week. They apparently didn't empty it before the Thanksgiving holiday!

There was a typical continental breakfast served. The lady serving and replenishing the food was more than typical- she was exceptional! She went out of her way to make lively conversation with my entire family. She was a complete joy. The General Manager was exceptional as well. He gave wonderful recommendations for restaurants and helped us when ours plans needed to change unexpectedly. As a matter of fact, every staff member we encountered was very friendly and courteous. I would totally recommend this hotel.
Only the bathroom had mirrors. I had 3 teenage and up daughters with me….could have used full body mirrors in the bedrooms
