great location, friendly staff .

Room had old appliances and no refrigerator; Shower curtain did not fit the tub and the room rates for this particular hotel are too high. Also almost $50 a day for on premises parking.

Great location, very friendly staff for the most part. The food was excellent and the front desk was very accommodating.

It took some time to be acknowledged by the bar tender, since we sat outside we had to walk in the bar and order/pick up our drinks. The cleaning staff was eager to get us out of the room.

Location was very convenient. All staff were gracious, competent and helpful. Price was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. Our suite was spacious and nicely appointed. The on-site upscale restaurant, Peninsula Grille, was excellent.

It would have been nice if the hotel had a pool given how hot and humid it was the week we were there. Of course, we knew that it didn’t when we booked.

It was an amazing location and the property itself was beautiful. The room and the bathroom were exactly as described. The staff were great and very friendly!

This room also smells of must, mildew/mold… we didn’t spend much time in the room and the place is super old. I guess being our first night we were happy to be in town after a long day of travel so we didn’t complain or try to move our room.

Excellent location. Beautiful courtyard area. Attentive Staff. Coconut cake at Bennie's.

Expensive. Room on first floor (104) with window that looks directly onto Meeting St sidewalk. Because of humidity, room is a bit damp feeling.

Boutique style. Very nice room and location.

The bed for my child was not properly accounted for when checking in.

Stunning, classic Charleston. A+location. Great staff -from the moment we arrived and the doorman greeted us, till we left. Comfy beds, large bedrooms and baths.

More towels would have been nice. But that’s nitpicking. Everything was great.
