Room was fairly comfortable. Location is good.
Both restrooms in the lobby and one elevator were out of order for the five days we were there. The front desk clerk when we checked in was difficult to understand.

The location of the hotel was wonderful.
Rack rate was WAY high, but besides art, it was pretty ordinary, and didn't even have a microwave. The vending machines had been taken out of all the ice & vending rooms, in favor of a tiny overpriced closet of items in lobby. No free internet in room.

This hotel was beautiful! I am so happy that I had the opportunity to stay there. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The only negative was that my view was facing the side of a wall, but it was okay because the room made up for the view!
See previous comment. I will be staying here again! Perfect location as well!

Location and room comfort
The bottle of moisturizer had been partially used, causing me to wonder what other corners were cut in room preparation.

The hotel is in a great location. We parked across the street in the parking garage which has reserved spaces for the hotel and we never used the car after check in, everything was in walking distance. Nice and clean and the room was good size.

Wonderful hotel, great location. The fellow working as the greeter and doorman was really outstanding. Informed, friendly and helpful.
The girl who checked us in was short and rude with us. She rushed us through and made us feel unworthy of her time. I wish I'd caught her name but her name tag was covered by her hair.

This hotel has a great location off of King Street. The parking was easy - a lot across the street. It was $13 per night including tax. The lobby is somewhat small but has modern furnishings and they have a piano player in the evenings.
