Staff, clean rooms, quiet, convient

The hotel was clean and very nice

No smoking or pets

The rooms were very clean, all amenities worked fine. It was obvious that the room had been completely updated.The owners/staff were very welcoming. They asked several times if everything was good, & did I need anything. I would recommend for the price.

It was not really the hotel,but the vending for a drink. The machine said sold out on all. I retrieved change back placed back in the machine and received a sprite. This happened x2 .

The bed was comfy. The gentleman that checked me in was kind and friendly. The beautiful view of the fall trees and lake.

The photos and descriptions said the rooms were renovated, but mine wasn't. It was rough. Cracked ceilings, light fixture duct taped, cockroach in the shower. The hairdryer fell off the wall.

Very dirty room and toilet and sink would not drain

Room was very spare, clean and quiet.

There was no coffee maker in the room - which had been listed in the ad. There was coffee in the office but that is a bit different!

The hotel lost power and i had no hot water power or tv. No one will scan give me a refund.

The hotel lost power and had no hot water nor tv. I was unable to get a refund either. Not very helpful with accommodations either without power the hotel did not meet any expectations at all. They did not even care.

Nothing because I wasn't able to stay they had some difficulty with the wifi and TV services so they said they couldn't take reservations right now and would refund us and still hasn't.

Yes the fact I'm still waiting on my meds ney to be put back on my card.

Hear the traffic but ear plugs took care of that.

This hotel was nothing like the pictures that it showed. The sheets were dirty and I was bit by a flea as soon as step in the room. I notified the manager or whatever he was in the main office and he did not care. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL!!

Wanted a non-smoking room, hotel attendant said it was a non-smoking room. The room smelled terrible of smoke.

The room was clean , up to date , staff was wonderful.

The room smelled like mold and it was very damp and muggy feeling

It was newly remodeled. The bathroom waa very pretty.

Our tv needed to be updated..there was a line thru the screen..

Quick actually to I85, and fact it had a it had a washer & Dryer. Plus its quiet and not a lot of traffic in and out all night.

There was a few small things I didn't like about the Hotel like no vending machine , the store that was Very close was on the other side of the lake, So that meant walking across the bridge and I'm Scrad of Heights.lol

Location was perfect, room was clean, bathroom was updated and I loved that there was no carpet!

Quiet, and a good price as well as location!

The staff is ok, but the room could be alot cleaner!

Clean and cozy, the staff has been a pleasure. They work hard to make your experience good.

Morning coffee is not available. But they do have a Hardee's nextdoor.
