The continental breakfast could have had more and better varieties.

It was clean, great location. Felt safe.

Breakfast was kind of a joke. Should offer hot food like eggs, make your own waffles, etc. Walls were thin, so we could hear other people.

Very well kept, clean rooms, newly built or remodeled, very modern, and friendly staff.

A little more attention given to the breakfast offerings, but overall it was fine.

Newly renovated and good location

The elevator wasn?t working and we were on the third floor. We got there on Friday and left on Sunday and there were no signs of Elevator mechanics

Had technical issues and couldnt find my phone number, and clearly I meant to book for the following day since I booked at midnight but wouldn't try to figure out a solution

Walls were paper thin and we could here a drunk woman carrying on for hours in the next room.

The rug was dirty. There was food from previous guest in the fridge and open soap. The worst was the adjoiningguest room door di Not LOCK ON OUR SIDE

Very basic breakfast - nothing hot and no eggs or meats offered. The hotel needs to be "freshened up".

There were gaps around the HVAC unit which let air through. My traveling partner in another room had the same problem. We had to stuff items around the unit as the nights were cold.

It was so noisy all night. It was very difficult to sleep. Smelled of cigarette smoke all night. One of my worst experiences.

We booked 3 double queen rooms and ended up with single queen rooms, so it took a while to get straightened out. The hotel wasn't very clean, stains on the floors, and black sticky stuff on the chair in the room. Walls are super thin,heard hall noise

We heard every move anyone made in the hall, it sounded like someone was walking around in our room it was so loud. Not super clean either.

Wish covid would go away and self serve breakfast bar would make a come back.

Awesome hotel staff, friendly and accommodating. Room was very nice and clean. Location was very close to my event. Also, close to gas & restaurants.

Perfect location to where my event was located. Easy access to gas, restaurants and anything else I wanted to do. If I go back again next year, this will be the place I stay. The free breakfast was all in a bag, but it was still okay.

1) Was not advised that the room was handicapped-accessible. In this case, the shower head slipped repeatedly. Someone had tried to tighten up the head by using electrical tape. 2) Several other instances of poor building maintenance.

Hair on every towel that I received! Bathroom was not wiped down enough (there was grime on tissue boxes). The room smelled old, door had difficulty shutting, and walls were too thin. I guess you get what you pay for though.

Advertise pet friendly and i expected to pay extra. BUT they charge 30 dollars per night for a dog. RIDICULOUS. Room was smallest we have ever stayed in and we travel a great deal. Barely had room between bed and desk to walk. Tiny room. Stadd okay.

Dirty and musky smelling. Thin walls made it impossible to sleep. Neighbors had tv on all night long. Left in the middle of the night
