The overall stay wasn’t nice at all. I had to literally go to Walmart and buy Lysol wipes, spray, Clorox wipes and clean the entire room. I seen roaches in there also. The bathroom was not clean. The bed linen was not up to par. The pictures are lies

NO CARPET...I've seen fleas jump from carpet. I walked barefoot across the carpet, got the worst case of athletic feet ever. It's cleaner than carpet. I have a service dog and he's safer on bare floor. The weekend nite desk cerk.the best ever!!!he cares

The toilet had the slow flush-thingy going on. Sometimes it goes down,sometimes it does not. But still better than an outhouse.

That I didn't have to sleep in my car

I booked a non-smoking room but the room reeked of nicotine. So did the lobby. They gave me another room, and it didn't smell as bad. The shower was not functional, so I had to take a bath. Overall, just a bad experience.

location was great, lots of options for food. staff was very nice

Someone tried to break in my new car. The staff was no help to me or the police. They didn't even want to run the camera back to see who nearly tore the handle off my car trying to break in it. An broke my lock. No help at all.

Staff JC was amazing and helpful and goes beyond to make sure you are safe abd satisfied and comfortable. Very respectful

Hard to get into room beacuse door latch was broken room dirty bed bugs no tv remote no clean bedding no towels no hot breakfast as mentioned online just coffee

Non smoking room reeked of smoke and even had an ashtray. Not clean

Bed linens had holes, door lock was broken, furniture was run down, mirrors had stains, sink did not drain, shower curtain rod was dangling...towels were tiny.

This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. I was late reserving a room to view the eclipse and lucky to find anything at all in the area. I would certainly stay here again & recommend the hotel. Great mattress, fresh smelling linens, quiet location.

Great location

Tiny pillows, musty smell, thin blankets, mold in the. Atheism, toilet made noise all night.

It was cheap and cleaner than expected. I didn't see any cockroaches.

The gave us a smoking room and wouldn't change it. It smelled so bad I could hardly sleep.
