Knights Inn - Aiken, SC

My room, none of the lamp plug in nor was there any light bulbs. Only lights was bath and above vanity mirror. There was a loud disturbance through out the motel in the middle of the night that woke me. Shortly after it stop I heard a males voice in room

Location

The toilet seat wasn't attached, the tub faucet was sideways. I managed to fix it. The beds were hard and squeaky, the online listing said they had a gym and they did not, the cable didn't work, and we only had one solo cup.

The location and being able to have pets.

Two words...BED BUGS

Nothing at all

The beds were uncomfortable and the comforters were not cleaned the bathroom was only wiped down the wash cloths and towels were clean but stained, the shower curtain was old and needed to be thrown out. The pillows on the bed were non-existent.

Nothing about this hotel was true to the description ,. Evidence of rats in the room ,. Bathroom was filthy , floors were filthy., I would not ask my worst enemy to stay there,.

Had two small children arrived at 9 pm clerk gave me downstairs in front of my door to manage easier

Tub had dirt coming up from drain and floor was dirty really dirty.

The beds were very comfortable

We had bed bugs. No coffee

I have stayed here before. My first room was not cleaned, so they immediately changed me to another room. They are in the process of upgrading a lot of things and that was nice to see. If ever needed, I would certainly stay there again.

Nothing that would warrant a bad review. Like I mentioned, they are upgrading, so some construction was going on, but nothing to really complain about.

It was close to my job.. is the only thing I like about the hotel..

someone went n my room on March 4th while I was at work I¿m a front line working at Aiken medical center I told the owner he did not care he kicked me out n kept my money all because I told him to look on tape n see who was n my room he told me no...

Staff is friendly. Clean rooms and they try to place you in rooms. Your prefer like ground or non smoking rooms.

The housekeepers were attentive.

The gentleman that was in the office was a tad bit of a problem. His attitude was very demeaning. I won't ever go back there. The bed had food and hair in it along with the bathtub and sink. He told me I get what I pay for. He was just real nasty.

Housekeepers are very nice and pleasant. The price was good.

When you get there its always a problem checking in when you have reservations, front desk is quick to say no reservations by that name and then when you look up reference number , oh I see it now when it was there all before with a room already assigned

The staff was outstanding. Front desk to maids were all very willing and helpful to make my stay very pleasant.

The microwave didn't look very clean. I know they were replacing some things with new ones. Maybe that was going to happen soon.

The fact that the rooms are never totally clean.

Roaches dingy mattress cover had stains towels dingy with stains when there were towels in the room

This room was very nasty it didn't even have any toliet paper. The room had roaches lots of them

Proximity to the jobsite - very close!

Sometimes upon returning in the evening after work I found that while the bed was made & towels replaced, no coffee packet was left.

Location for sure. Everything else was mediocre.

Room smelled like mild mildew. Continental breakfast was pretty bad. Service wasn't friendly. Only saw one bug though so that's not bad.
