Location and kind and helpful workers. And very comfortable beds!

It's old needs some paint, not much. Very slippery bath tub. Mismatched pillows(one small and one medium)

The employees were very nice friendly! They made sure that I had a room on the ground floor and that it was handicap accessible!

It could have been a lot cleaner in the walkways to the room!

The price and location was my main draw to the hotel.

YES!!! We got into our room, first the phone would not work in had to unplug then wiggle the wires, the cover was barely on there. Then I go to watch tv and my TV is busted. the front desk guy didnt want to move us told me there was only 4 channels

Said there would be breakfast and there wasn't. Bed is like a large pull out bed. Not comfortable at all. And there was black mold all over the ceiling in the bathroom. This should be classified as a 1 Star hotel and even that's generous.

It was only minutes from my relatives house.

The noise level was to loud and it seemed as if no one cared but myself and husband.

Would be nice to be reimburse for Friday night I had an emergency that occurred on Friday night and did not arrive until Saturday

Close to highway interchange. Easy to get to Augusta.

Filthy hotel room. We booked & got confirmation as a king non-smoking room and got a king smoking room with dirty bed linens, an air conditioner that rattled so much that we were unable to use it while sleeping. Homeless people in lobby for breakfast.

Clean and spacious rooms and polite staff.

The TV remote didn't work when I first checked in.

The staff was undrerstand when I had to check out earlier than anticipated.

The stafff was very nice.and friendly to me and answer all my Questions!

The room smelled the bed was hard and the fan in the bathroom is crazy loud

Rooms were clean, bed comfortable, breakfast was good and staff professional, helpful and friendly.

For the work I was doing in town, the location was perfect.

The parking lot is a bit small and tight, but manageable. While the lot and walkways are well-lit which is great for safety, the room gets a lot of light, even with the blinds closed.

Only stay here as a last resort

Bathrooms were dirty, TV didn't work, lightbulbs burned out. Door lock looked like it was a victim of forcible entry.
