Pros +
- The room and the lobby were clean. Wonderful location. One of your guest fell and was on the side way and road. They did not help get him up. Another guest helped and we got him to his room. They did give me the number to non emergency.
- We stayed in a sweet and was nice having a living room and a separate bed room.
- Convenient location and staff was incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful
Cons -
- hotel was fully booked and we were placed in a room that is adjacent to the elevator bank - so it was disruptive to sleep. We will come back, though, and request a different room!
- I booked a room with 2 beds and paid extra to have 2. When I checked in they said they gave that room away and only had one bed. They offered a roll-away bed. No top blanket, I ask and they said they waxed the floor and could give me one unti the morning.
- The furniture is a little old.
