- Beautiful and Clean with ideal proximity to Providence College.
- It is a large hotel and the only hotel in Providence with a pool, but to call it downtown is not truthful.

Cons -
- The rooms are very dated. The bed linens didn't fit properly. It is not in Downtown Providence. It is on the other side of the statehouse, just off the highway in the middle of a very busiy intersection. It is a sketchy walk to downtown.
- They did not have fox to watch the playoffs football. I called the front desk, they could not provide a solution. I will not stay here again.
