Hampton Inn & Suites York

The chair provided was not comfortable... the blanket on the bed was not large enough... 3 outlets in the room did not work... the sink stopper in the bathroom sink did not stay up

Hotel employee was absolutely wonderful! We loved our room it was extremely clean and very quiet ? and peaceful! The shower was fantastic and so relaxing!!! We will be staying here again! The entire staff was so helpful and very kind! Thank you so much!

Location, bed and breakfast. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

There was a used bath towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door and there was no shampoo in the dispenser in the shower.

Breakfast was so convenient and tasty, staff was always available for any need, convenient location.

Had to call the front desk twice about kids running in hallway and went up to the front desk to complain about kids knocking on my door at 1:30am.

The room layout

Bed was not comfortable Didn’t appear as cleaned as they typically are and there was what looked like a used face mask sitting on the coffee maker in the room as well as some dark hairs in bathtub.

Staff were great - hard working and dedicated to a successful stay.

Appreciated the box breakfast due to COVID restrictions, but it could have used a fruit option.

The staff was so helpful. I had an odd request and they were able to help me out. The rooms were up to date, big and clean. The pool was excellent too.

The cost was a little higher than what I'd expect for out of town but the full breakfast helped offset the cost.

Location.

The room we stayed in on this trip was a significant downgrade from the room we stayed in last week despite costing more. Worse was that we could hear everything. Toilets flushing, everyone in the hallway, every bump and bang.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly. The Ladies in the breakfast area were wonderful.

I found the hotel extremely clean and well maintained. I was astonished at how accomodating the hotel was. Every detail was covered for me and my family's comfort. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very attentive to our needs.

The pool was a little bit colder than I thought it would have been for an indoor pool.

Entire facility was clean , staff lovely .

I stayed in a suite which turned out to be 1 large room . NO privacy . Only 1 TV. Are you aware there is another entire suite hotel 1 minute away with better room layouts?
