A few things could have been a little cleaner and we had broken items in our room

The pool had too much chlorine in it. It had my grandchildren¿s eye burning so they got out.

This hotel was dirty, my room was dirty, common surfaces in the room were not clean. common areas of the hotel were dirty and trashy, floors were filthy. So disappointed in this stay. The staff gave incorrect direction to my room and this is their hotel

The room was very comfortable and the extra features were great.

We brought a pet, a 14.5 Maltese/Bichon, when I checked in I told the front desk clerk I had a Bichon. He was very confused. We got a phone call stating I didn't tell them I had a pet and we needed to come down and fill out forms. I went down right an

I liked the fully equipped kitchen. Had everything we needed to cook meals. The bed was very comfortable. And we liked the friendliness of the staff. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. I highly recommend this hotel.

When my husband and I enter the building it looked just like any other. BUT when we enter our room it was like going into an apartment. There was a full size refrigerator,stove everything we needed was in the room . The breakfast was wonderful. we have stayed in many hotels and I have to say this one was one of the best ones .and the rates were good too.

Every day it smelled. I requested someone to correct the smell and that never happened

It stunk very bad and didn't seem clean. It was also very loud and uncomfortable

Bed horrible and uncomfortable. Curtains broken so let in lots of light early in the morning - but we were able to shift them in a way to work Pool looked like jello- bubbling. Staff said it was being treated for bacteria but had to ask bc there were no signs to stay out - very dangerous to guests staying there Breakfast was slim pickings Room had mold all over fan and doors- just grossFor a suite & for paying for 2 rooms for 2 nights - at $1097 - they should be ashamed to call these King Suites -they were SMALL- like little room to walk small and the location was next to a warehouse which the workers all hung around asking for handouts!- hallway smelled of marijuana and flashing lights were not fixed. The elevators got stuck at one point so stairs were safer. Just overall not happy that the pictures and previous ratings were so high and good then get there and it's a disappointment

first room no TV and no holder for TP second room had no TP holder and bathroom had slippery bath tub bottom " almost slipped and fell twice " and hair and dirt on walls

This place was abysmal!!!

I didn't like how dirty it was, especially the chairs and the stains on the carpet. I didn't like that the toilet wouldn't flush and I had to stick my hand into the tank to make the water go down, repeatedly! I didn't like how the television didn't work, and that there wasn't one in the second bedroom. Not that it would matter, because they didn't work! And worst of all, I didn't like that you charged us almost $700 for the privilege of this lousy experience. And if you had any conscience, you would give us at least a partial refund of the money we wasted on your hotel! But don't worry, we will not be coming back. So please do not give us credit or some nonsense like that!

We left our bamboo pillows there. They sent us new ones as they couldn't ours. V

Friendly staff clean hotel nice stay

My tv didn't work for a day in a half the pool was cold so we didn't get to enjoy that.

Everyone made me feel welcomed and appreciated, big compliment to the maintenance man Steve I think went out of his way to help my family figure everything out we needed and got us stuff we needed set the room temperature for us and gave us great options for local food.

Could have been a little cleaner but over all great

The hotel staff was EXCELLENT! Front desk hostess Tamaia, Leasia and Steve the maintenance technician.The handicap accessible room was very roomy and convenient. The morning breakfast was also a great convenience and the location was perfect!

The room needs some TLC on the walls where there is some paint peeling. The cost of a regular bottle of soda pop and a small bag of potato chips of over $4.50 was truly ridiculous!

TV did not work

Unique check us in and he was amazing. Greeted us with a warm welcome and smile. Made sure we knew everything about the amenities and helped with dinning selections. Unique mad our experience so much better. The facility is very clean and modern
