Location,breakfast and the beds were extremely comfortable

The hot breakfast and friendly staff that checked us in!

The bed wasnt very comfortable but i havent slept in a comfortable hotel bed yet so that's normal.

The location was excellent. New hotels. Bed was comfortable..front desk was helpful.

The AC was on automatic and would cut off once it reached a certain degrees. It would be hot for about 10-15 minutes. Power back on and cut off again. I like a cold room whole time.

Very bare bones for such a high rating; however, also very comfortable beds, which are important.

It's brand new. Comfy beds, new everything, good price.

Room was bland and a bit institutional feeling, not warm and inviting.

Elevator was a little sketchy, and breakfast staff wasn’t very pleasant.

This facility was the cleanest hotel we have stayed in in a while, normally we don't sleep under the covers due to duty sheets but your hotel has clean sheets on the bed so we didn't have to use our own blankets. Victoria(front desk), was super pleasant and attentive.

I liked the convenience of the location for someone hiking the rail-trail. My first impression was given by the desk clerk who welcomed an old disheveled pilgrim properly, professionally but cordially and helpfully. She sold me on the free breakfast right away, which I did indeed enjoy. The room and bath were perfect. Breakfast starts at 6:00 and check-out at 11.

The room and breakfast was too perfect, totally responsible for my late start on the trail in the morning. I left sausages brought with me behind in the fridge, which I wouldn't have if I hadn't stuffed my face with the hotel's hot sausages.

At Rt 83 & Rt 30 easy to get to main highways and close to attractions

The receptionist was trying to charge to my guest even after having my credit card stored in my reservation. She was extremely rude to my son and my guest “ telling them to speak in English” while we are bilingual. She left my guest seating in the reception until she decided to use the card in file. During check out there was nobody to be found and we were told to leave rooms cards in the desk.Not professional at all

Great location and nice hot breakfast.

I stayed here 6 months ago and looked forward to staying here again. But this time the place was so much different. Floors and elevator were always dirty, the upholstery on the chairs in the eating area we're stained, the carpets in my room were very stained, and the TV set in the room kept losing its connection to the dish system. Each time you went by the front desk, there was no one there to greet you (there was always someone there, with a smiling face last time).. You had to push a button to get anyone's attention as they came out some closed room. It did not seem as friendly. This new place seems to be going downhill quickly.

Great location , very close to 83 . Lots of restaurants nearby. Good breakfast. Plenty of parking.
