Courtyard by Marriott York

Lobby, bar, and outdoor seating was a nice area to meet. Numerous family members were in town for a wedding.

Rooms are very dated. Beds and pillows are very lumpy. Bathroom shower was tiled, and the grout was showing signs of mold.

Front desk staff made us feel welcomed and were very pleasant¿ Hotel is located is also a plus as it is close to shopping stores and restaurants¿. Courtyard very relaxing and my kids are buoyed the pool and fitness room

No complimentary breakfast, bar opens too late and closes early lol

The hotel was 15 minutes from the auditorium I was spending time. It was convenient and met my needs. The room was large enough and very clean. There was a cafe that offered food for breakfast which was fresh and varied menu.

The original staff member at the front desk was not as helpful or pleasant as the other staff members I encountered.

Rooms were very clean and I was able to check in a little bit early.

The front desk was understaffed and the person working seemed overwhelmed by the amount of people waiting. She was very friendly but they should probably have two people at the front desk to make check-in/checkout a little faster.

Customer service and cleanliness

The first floor was very loud

Very nice property near a shopping center with food. Convenient location between York and Lancaster,PA and near enough to Harrisburg.

Location

Adolescent kids running in the halls between 9P and midnite the first night and maintenance noises at 3A the second night. Couldn't get back to sleep. Management responsive but irrelevant.

NFL network, large shower with nice shower head.

I expected the bed to be higher quality. It was less comforable than expected. (spring bed, somewhat hard) We were in room 101 which was next to an outside door and the road. The location of the room came with it a noticeable amount of noise.

I love the Courtyard Marriott! I stay here every time I'm in York. There is nothing bad about it! There's a pool and a whirlpool and laundry. It's always clean and the staff are the most pleasant individuals I've ever met. Don't stay anywhere else.

The room is lovely - clean, nice linens and pillows, great shower, and a HD TV with good cable.

Beautiful place, rookie lobby, snacks, drinks..... Well pointed.

The bed was like sleeping on a rock The toilet was not fictional I am a business traveler, after the wonderful lobby's It comes down to the Bed, comfort, and Sleep Witch I received none of these!!!

The front desk clerk was very friendly. My fiance needed the smaller weights to exercise and got it without any delay or incident. Very friendly staff!

Room had a decent view and check out was at 12pm.

I booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool and hot tub. Unfortunately right after we arrived they closed the hot tub. This was my first weekend away with my husband kid free in 4 years and we wanted to relax in the hot tub. Very dissapointed.

Cleanliness and excellent staff.

Drinks at they were a bit over priced.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was nice but freezing.

The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. There was a pipe leak pouring water into the lobby which set off the horrible fire alarm at 6am. No one came to explain it wasn't a fire so we fled our room. There was no free coffee service.

The staff was terrific, very professional and helpful. The place was really clean and the room was fine.

The overall location is not pretty at all but that's not the hotel's fault.

The hot tub is great!

The soda machines on the floors didn't work and the lobby store sold them for $1.10 more.

Everything!! It was amazing. Great room, comfortable bed with a great restaurant.

Very noisy hotel... Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and professional. Hotel was easy to find and rates were great.

Did not like that the pool area and hot tub area were extremely filthy ... so much so, that I hopped into the shower and threw all my clothes and slippers into a seperate bag so that all can be washed as I do not want to bring home any fungus or illnesses

Very nice hotel and staff. Very reasonably priced.
