Courtyard by Marriott Wilkes-Barre Arena

They were so nice and not judged mental I loved that they always was there wen I need it and so polite

No I lived it all

It was quiet and comfortable

Missed the no breakfast included.

I enjoyed the welcoming hospitality from the front desk. Everything went well. Confortable beds and all

The main reason I picked this hotel was because of the outdoor fire pit. When we got there, it was not working and needed repair. So disappointing. I feel when you advertise certain qualities of your hotel, the smallest things are was matter.

Location. Room was large and comfortable.

I didn't notice there was no breakfast included. There was a bistro but the prices were high. I ate cheaper across the street.

Convenient to the venue my family had to attend for a graduation and to the airport.

The staff did not state upon our arrival that the rooms would not be cleaned daily but on a third day basis. No towel replenishment. No housekeeping after a certain time. Charged ONE person's credit card for incidentals although 5 credit card info given

Floors were not properly vacuumed... toenails (several) on the carpet... otherwise room was nice. For the price, I would expect more attention to detail!

The outdoor firepit. The pool was tiny but clean.

minor maintenance issues. The sink didn't drain quickly, towel rack was loose from the wall.

Very clean, check in process was easy. Although it was on a busy road, the room was quiet. Beds were comfortable.

Loved the cleanliness of the hotel and my room. Loved the esthetic of the hotel and room. The staff was awesome.

Wish it was more soundproof

The room was clean. The woman at the front desk informed us at check-in that there would not be maid service unless we requested it, which we appreciated. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast and dinner could be purchased from the ¿bistro¿ in the lobby. They served Starbucks products that somehow didn¿t taste like they were prepared at Starbucks.

It was soooo clean!!! Everything was so clean and nice and new. The bathroom was immaculate! The shower was gloriously large.

the sofa in the room was oddly shaped to sit in. i almost wonder if our sofa was missing the back cushion. It seemed like you reclined back way too far just sitting down. it wasn't uncomfortable, but it was odd not really being able to sit straight up

The front desk staff were excellent! Hotel was clean, decor was modern.

The pool is very small (it was closed due to COVID anyway!).

Efficient. Clean. Pleasant front desk staff.

They should have posted that their kitchen & pool are not avail due to the pandemic. We were expected the kids to be able to swim and looking forward to breakfast. All they had were bagels & cereal for sale. Also we heard the kids next door till 0100.

Clean modern rooms, comfy beds, pretty much what you would expect

Getting there was a bit interesting as you travel through two other parking lots to reach this hotel- inside everything was up to par with the bizarre exception of the super cheap toilet paper. When the highway rest stops do far better, yikes.

Very clean, spacious, and comfortable room. Well staffed with helpful friendly people.

I like the price the boys like the pool.

They need a sign saying that you have to go through the other hotels parking lot. I read a review that is the only reason why I knew where to go.

Very nice hotel. Check in person, was great. Did a nice job. All staff were very friendly and helpful with directions.

Nothing to dislike.

The staff was very nice and the hotel was clean, quiet and updated.

The satellite tv service was not working in our room.

Clean & comfortable room, helpful staff and convenient location

Clean and modern. Friendly staff. Good location.
