Quality Inn Wilkes-Barre near Arena

The rooms were decent.

The hotel smelled of marijuana. There was hardly any desk help. The hotel is dirty from the walls to the carpet.

People up above moved around to 11 pm - alarm clock next door was going off at 4am and was not turned off until 5:30 am - also hotel had no orange juice ran over to other hotel to get some but we were already on the road after a :-4 hour sleep.

Location was nice.

I’m guessing that people live there and they were hanging out by the parked cars. Also there were workers that ate all the breakfast and there isn’t much breakfast to begin with. Last is the wood floor in the room were so dirty, my socks turned black.

Clean room, good location, friendly staff, and fair price.

Were not informed there would only be housekeeping every 3 days but actually we stayed there Mon-Fri and there was NONE. The chair for the desk was broken and almost fell when leaned back on it. Bed was very hard.

Lots of parking space

Breakfast was horrible. Just waffles, bread muffins, yogurt, cold cereal. No eggs, sausages The bed was squeaky, just making noise while I was turning

Management, front desk staff and cleaning staff were very helpful.

Would like to request a comfortable chair to sit on in the room.

The hotel is nice, clean and the rooms are comfortable.

Near from the highway. Lots of noise on the backside of the hotel. Windows are not soundproof. Breakfast is minimal and was missing regular coffee during our stay.

Staff spoke nicely.

I didn't like the front desk person offering me a plunger wrapped in a clear trash bag. A snowstorm prevented fresh linens & toiletries being delivered. We flushed the toilet by running water into an ice bucket & dumping it into a toilet. Room had stench.

The employees were kind, friendly and very helpful.

There was a microwave but no microwaveable dishes.

Room LVP floor seemed clean, was better than carpeting. It was quiet at night. Room heat/ac was not noisy.

Breakfast was skimpy. Coffee was mediocre at best.

Your staff was beyond excellent! The rooms were very clean and even smelled good! The location was perfect. They were restaurants right nearby, as well as stores to get all our needs handled. They even had a clean laundry room/washer dryer available.

A laundry room on every floor with been more helpful than the laundry room on only one floor. The muffins that were offered for breakfast were not edible. That did disappoint me. However, there was a restaurant within walking distance for breakfast.

Room was not cleaned each day. The least they could have done was taken out the trash and replaced the dirty towels. Nothing was done in the three nights that we were there.

The hotel desk person was rude! They put a 250.00 hold on my card which takes days to get back. There where hoses on floor in the hallway - for God know what reason. They room was not clean to what I would have thought. The window was leaking.

Everything ! I will not stay here again

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast wasnt bad convenient to get coffee first thing, and it was a comfortable bed, shower was good, there was good water pressure and plenty of hot water.

The heater was extremely loud and made loud noise when it was on. It was frigid outside so turning it off wasn't an option. The fruit in the breakfast room was not great. One rotten orange for three days in a basket of apples. Hardly any waffle batter.

We tried booking at the hotel when we were arriving at 3 am and they refused us a room. Upon returning to the hotel at 4 pm , Jeff at check in was super rude. Seriously need better customer service at the hotel!

Staff were nice

Bugs. Stank. Never cleaned. Half the breakfast machines not working.
