Comfort Inn & Suites Wilkes Barre - Arena

Pet friendly...no odor in the rooms⁹

Only one seat in the room.

The night receptionist. Great lady blond older dont know her name

No laundry bag, room very small, breakfast had no fresh fruit,

The staff was great the free breakfast was well-maintained and clean The pool is nice

There was a strong smell of the pool in the hallway the first day but it dissipated

The staff was exceptional, Hotel employee was very helpful and took care of all our needs. Rooms were very clean and neat.

The rooms are a bit smaller than I like, but fine.

Reception staff, food

Cleanliness

I liked the convenience to the highway and the price.

The bed. They were hard and uncomfortable and I did not get a good nights rest.

Directly off the highway. Easy access. Very clean with a decent breakfast the next morning. The check in staff was very friendly.

Room was small.

Closeness to Interstate

Minor glitch at check-in/check-out resolved by the manager

Great location, staff, and facilities.

Poor sleep due to the loud family next room- slamming doors, noisy, etc,

It was very clean and the rooms were spacious.

I would have liked it if two rooms with queen beds were adjoining.

The room was comfortable and quiet.

The ice machines were only on every other floor. The continental breakfast was far less tasty than the usual complimentary breakfasts in other hotels. I know it's free, but no bagels, butter(just a margarine spread), or strawberry jam, or juice machine.

Their TV programming is extremely limited. This is a non smoking hotel. It would be nice if they provided a bench outside the entrance for those of us who smoke. Now that the price of eggs is coming down, it would be nice to have real scrambled eggs

Very professionsl snd attentive staff. The room was excellent. Short drive onto downtown for s good dinner. Good location near I 81.

Breakfast could be better

Check-in was an easy and quick process. All of the staff I encountered were friendly. Breakfast was good and especially because it was included.

I like it cold when I sleep and I had the thermostat turned down with the high fan setting. Unfortunately with the new digital thermostat it doesn¿t give you an option for ¿constant fan¿. I wish it did because I prefer a fan noise when I sleep.

Very clean. Very comfortable. Good breakfast.

The location off of the highway was convenient but the area surrounding was rundown.

Friendliness of staff. Location

TV had very limited channels

Convenient, great service, clean, comfortable

The location was great and the hotel felt safe. Staff generally were helpful, check in process was smooth. No one at front desk when we went to check out (about 4am, so understandable) but the front desk agent quickly returned when they saw us.

I thought the pricepoint was too high for this hotel, and it didn't meet my expectations from hotel ratings. By far the least comfortable hotel bed I've ever encountered, both the mattress and pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Minor cleanliness issues

It was well kept, and the continental breakfast was good (not great). It was a good hotel, but not better than others in the area with lower prices.

I checked in after midnight, and they counted me as a no-show and deleted my reservation. Why not fix that bug? Also, the exercise room was locked. I didn't ask why.
