Price was reasonable for there to be a kitchen you can cook in.

Dogs barking all day long, lots of residence live there. Lots of drugs being smoked out by the doors to get into the building. There was no breakfast. Rooms stunk terrible. Walls had blood on them in room 212 in bathroom. Cockroachs too. I have pictures.

You basically get an apartment for cheap without any of the responsibilities of having an apartment.

It?s by a highway, so be prepared with noise canceling headphones. I would usually pass up on this type of place but everything else is so good that it negates the bad.

Only thing good was the jet tub

Advertise with the swimming pool and no swimming pool, asked for extra pillow said there was none. Had to pay $150 deposit that was buried in the hotels description. The entire place smelled like marijuana

They claimed to have a pool, but it was closed by the board of health a year ago. They also advertised complimentary breakfast, but all they have is juice and a Keurig until 11am or the provided cups run out

The room was nasty. There were weird gross stains on the puul out bed the wall paper was ungluing itself and falling off the walls there are two sketchy crack/methods motels sharing the parking lot.

From the moment I got there I felt as if I was a bit of a bother. The counter person told me she didn't think she could honor my reservation. When I finally got a room, it was so hot and the a/c could never make the room completely comfortable. Muggy

We were not checked out and came to the room and they had are stuff in there arms like my sons PS 3 and our food in a bag in .. my daughter's wallet they had in their hands too we weren't even checked out watch yourself at this place

I like the idea of the suite, it was like a mini one bedroom apartment and the design or setting was nice. Equally the breakfast offered by hotel was a great touch one of the reasons I picked it.

Room 207 was dirty, dusty, smells like cigarettes, the curtains were dirty with stains. Cobwebs in every room, the bed was dented in, bathroom was old, moldy and dirty. Duvet, Linens had vomit like stains. Under the bed was filty. The room was not clean!

Room size.

Two words: Old and Dirty. Almost nothing for breakfast. Homeless in the fro t. The couch in the lobby old and dirty. The pool bathroom look like abandoned, dirty.

The room was absolutely disgusting. Dirty, stained. Half the lights didn¿t work. Totally used up room. Carpet peeling up. So bad I didn¿t complain because it was obvious they didn¿t care. TV channels didn¿t match the guide they had out. Felt like welf

Common areas of the hotel were very nice. Good amenities (jacuzzi tub in the room was a nice surprise!). Friendly helpful staff. Room appearance/cleanliness brought rating down, staff & amenities brought it up. Average stay.

Room definitely needed a refresh. Furniture was a little beat up, some walls were stained/drawn on with marker, stain on blanket (no comforter). Nothing a little paint/wallpaper and some new furniture wouldn't fix.

Nice staff

It was dirty. It reeked of cigarettes. People sitting outside the front door smoking, playing loud music, asking for money. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but couldn¿t stand it anymore so got a different hotel for the second night. Awful hotel!

It is located in a great spot. Great room for the price.

The front desk attendant was very nice and helpful.

Our room was ground level where the parking lot came right up to our windows. The window did not lock and being so close to the cars, I would not stay. There were no other rooms, so we left. There were a lot of people hanging around outside.

Beds are filthy, court aims and lamps are filthy.

I asked if pool was open before I booked they said yes but it actually was not open

The in room kitchen and the breakfast options. Housekeeping were friendly, accommodating and professional. Good job!

The first shift front desk attendant was extremely rude and unprofessional and gave the vibe that doing her job was an inconvenience for her.

Full kitchen in room. I would say jacuzzi but I had caution tape all over it.

Even though this hotel has a policy of waiving the per fee for service animals and ESAs, they wouldn¿t actually accept any ESAs. Was made to pay the pet deposit even though my dog qualified. Black mold in shower, torn curtains that wouldn¿t cover window
